赖斯文本类型理论视角下旅游外宣文本翻译实践报告

“一带一路”倡议提出以来,我国与沿线国家在旅游领域的文化交流与合作明显增多。旅游业的蓬勃发展,不仅刺激了消费,也促进了世界不同文明、不同国家之间的相互了解。在这一背景下,作为外宣材料之一,旅游文本的重要性日益凸显,旅游文本的外译,尤其是英译,也引起了学界的高度重视。翻译实践报告中涉及的旅游外宣文本为中国国家旅游局编纂的河南旅游手册,该翻译项目由笔者兼职期间承接,翻译及校对工作皆为笔者独立完成。本报告依据译者对河南旅游外宣文本的翻译实践,以德国学者凯瑟琳娜·赖斯(Katharina Reiss)的文本类型理论为指导,选取部分案例,分析翻译过程中遇到的句式转换、词汇转换、文化色彩处理等方面的问题,并根据不同文本类型的特点对译文进行改译与完善。报告总结了翻译过程中用到的翻译技巧,旨在为其他旅游语篇英译实践提供参考和启发。此外,本文还将探讨赖斯文本类型理论对旅游外宣文本翻译实践的指导意义,并提出译者在翻译过程中应更多地侧重旅游语篇的感召功能与译文的“语后效果”,以目标读者为导向,直接刺激目标读者的参观欲望与消费欲望。
