《坎帕拉市城市发展战略规划（2014/15年-2018/19年）》英译汉实践报告

　　随着中国与乌干达全面合作伙伴关系的提升,两国经贸关系和经济技术合作日益加强。为实现向现代化富裕国家的转变,乌干达正致力于推进“2040年远景规划”。在“一带一路”的倡导下,中国企业加大对乌投资力度,助力乌干达发展建设。在此背景下乌干达首都坎帕拉提出《坎帕拉市城市发展战略规划2014/15年——2018/19年》。本报告是基于坎帕拉城市管理局官方文件《坎帕拉市城市发展战略规划2014/15年——2018/19年》的汉译实践。本翻译实践报告再现了从任务背景介绍到译后总结的完整过程。译前准备阶段译者大量搜集背景知识,并选定两篇平行文本以作参考。结合平行文本,译者从文本类型及文本特征两方面对源语文本进行了分析。基于此,译者选取纽马克文本类型理论及该理论下的语义翻译和交际翻译策略为指导,从词汇和句法两个层面,探讨此类规划文本在翻译过程中遇到的问题及应对的翻译方法。词汇层面译者主要就专有名词、专业术语和普通名词进行了分析,并采取“固定译本参照法”、“音译法”、“零译法”、“意译法”、“平行文本参照法”等方法进行了翻译处理。句法层面译者主要就被动句和长句进行了分析,其中被动句的翻译采取了四种不同的被...
