CAI口译工具对学生译员口译焦虑影响的实证研究

口译是高焦虑的外语技能活动,同时也是外语技能中挑战性较高的活动。口译焦虑能影响对口译质量,而对于口译焦虑的研究多从讲话者、听众、翻译者自己以及课堂程序等方面探讨口译焦虑的成因。本文旨在研究听、译焦虑成因,并借助口译工具探讨降低口译焦虑、提高口译质量的方法。本文通过探讨交替传译过程中听焦虑、译焦虑和口译质量的相互关系,并借助口译工具为提高学生译员口译质量提供有益启示。本文以学生译员(上外口译方向研究生及英国莱斯特大学口译专业研究生)为研究对象,结合制定的口译焦虑量表STAI,收集学生译员的问卷调查,之后运用SPSS数据统计方法对所得数据进行分析,着重探讨听焦虑和译焦虑的成因、特点及其相互关系。论文研究得出以下结论:1)口译方向学生译员都存在听译焦虑问题。2)听、译焦虑成因主要为信息密度、源语和译语的相异性及译员的内心恐慌。3)高听、译焦虑会大幅降低口译质量,对口译产出影响显著。在此基础上,本文同时试验了在口译工具Speechlogger帮助下的听、译焦虑及口译质量并提出了一些降低口译焦虑的建议:1)学生和教师都要在口译训练中认识、了解、接受听力焦虑和口译焦虑。2)学生可以借助口译工具的辅...
