顺应论指导下《勃拉姆斯传》英译汉实践报告

　　20世纪70年代以来,音乐家传记的写作、出版形成了多元化的发展态势和繁荣局面。观照作曲家的艺术人生,探寻其生平与创作的内在联系,解读源自作者内心的作品和艺术意义,从而进一步推动现代音乐艺术等的发展,这正是音乐家传记的写作主旨和文体要义。在中国,音乐家传记类文本的地位远不如西方国家,但是近几年来,越来越多的中国读者对音乐类传记文本产生兴趣。《勃拉姆斯传》是一部音乐家传记,由美国传记作家斯瓦福特撰写,一经出版就受到西方读者的追捧,获得业内人士一致好评。本文是对《勃拉姆斯传》的节选章节进行汉译的翻译实践报告,在国内引进该著作,不仅可以让众多中国读者对这位音乐天才有更多了解,也能给国内的传记作家带来一些借鉴与思考。本翻译实践报告介绍了翻译任务,分析了人物传记类作品的特点,简要概述了顺应论,并着重讨论了顺应论对人物类传记翻译的指导作用。在此次翻译实践过程中,作者从顺应论的四个视角出发,即语境顺应、语言结构顺应、顺应的动态性和意识的凸显程度,就翻译过程中出现的问题,详细探讨词汇、句子和篇章的翻译理念以及翻译策略如增译,注释等,使译文在忠实于原文本基础之上能够顺应汉语的语法原则以及表达习惯,在具体的...
