铜精矿销售合同英汉翻译实践报告

　　本文是一篇英译汉翻译实践报告,原文是译者在某外贸公司实习期间翻译的两份铜精矿进口合同。随着我国提出的“一带一路”倡议得到世界上越来越多国家和地区的积极响应,近年来,国家又相继出台一系列旨在发展对外贸易的新举措,我国的国际贸易发展迅速,外贸合同的翻译也变得越来越重要。该报告首先对此次翻译项目的背景、意义以及论文结构进行阐述。其次分析了所选文本的特点,简要介绍了翻译工具及过程。译者此次翻译的两份铜精矿进口合同包含诸多外贸专业术语及法律术语,且多用复杂长句。因此在理解和翻译上有一定的难度。译者将翻译过程中的难点归纳为词汇和句法两个部分。词汇层面包括一词多义、专业术语、词性的改变,句法层面包括被动句和长难句。基于此,译者针对性地采用（1）选词法、意译法、词性转换法以及（2）语态转换法、增译法、顺序操作法以及句式重构法等具体的翻译方法进行处理。该报告还总结了译者在此次翻译实践中收获的经验以及实践报告存在的局限性,并期待未来在经贸英语和法律英语翻译领域研究能有其他角度的新突破。
