《蒙古人简史》（1-2章）英汉翻译实践报告

　　近年来,由于技术的不断革新,机器翻译取得显著发展。随着翻译技术的普遍应用,译后编辑成为翻译行业发展的重点。“机器翻译+计算机辅助翻译+译后编辑”的翻译模式在英汉翻译实践中能提高翻译效率,发挥质量控制的优势。本篇英汉翻译实践报告运用该模式以实现高效和高质量的翻译。本次翻译实践运用计算机辅助翻译软件MemoQ对原文进行处理。翻译实践原文选自伦敦大学亚非学院讲师乔治·莱恩（George Lane）所著的《蒙古人简史》（A Short History of the Mongols,2018）的引言、第一章和第二章,共计19743字。译文共计26347字。选取章节主要讲述了草原各部落的历史,涉及习俗、女性、宗教等方面,以及成吉思汗称霸草原的过程。原文是蒙古史学专著,涵盖大量蒙古人名、地名、族名,语言风格严谨,因此翻译起来具有一定难度。翻译过程中遇到的难点主要体现在词汇、句法和文本层面。词汇层面的难点体现在语义模糊、词性误译和史实信息缺失;句法层面的难点包括词序不当、复合句误译;文本层面的难点体现在语篇衔接的缺失、重复。针对上述难点,本翻译实践报告运用“机器翻译+计算机辅助翻译+译后编辑”模式,以...
