基于课堂叙事话语的大学英语教师实践性知识个案研究

  随着高等教育水平的不断提高,教师的专业发展受到越来越多的重视。教师知识作为教师专业发展必不可少的部分,日益成为一个热门话题。自艾尔贝兹(Elbaz)的研究以来,学者们开始从教学实践的角度来研究教师及其教学,教师的实践知识受到广泛关注。本研究以叙事探究和建构主义为理论基础,结合陈向明,徐锦芬和鞠玉翠提出的影响教师实践知识的因素,探讨了以下两个研究问题:1,大学英语教师课堂叙事背后的实践知识是什么?2,影响高校教师实践知识的因素有哪些?四位大学英语教师应邀参加了这项研究。通过课堂观察,收集四位教师的叙事话语,对教师的实践知识进行识别和研究。此外,本研究还结合访谈来探讨影响教师实践知识的内外因素。主要研究结果如下。首先,四位大学英语教师的实践知识主要包括四个方面:学科知识、学生知识、自我知识和情境知识。教师的实践知识主要体现在教师在解读课文时使用的课堂叙事话语(假想叙事、个人叙事、共享叙事、文化叙事以及关于他人的叙事)。第二,教师的实践知识是以个人的生活经验、学术素养和教学经验为基础的。它是在教育情境中不断反思,以学生和教学环境为外部媒介进行交流而产生和发展。本文对今后的研究提出了一些建议:...
