中草药添加剂对断奶仔猪生产性能、血清生化指标、粪中菌群指标的影响

【摘要】:本试验旨在研究中草药添加剂在断奶仔猪生产中应用效果及机理研究。中草药添加剂由藿香、紫苏、白芷、厚朴等组成。本试验采用完全随机设计,选取100头"杜洛克×长白×大白"三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分成五组,第1组是基础日粮组,第2组、第3组、第4组分别在基础日粮中添加0.05%、0.1%、0.15%的中草药添加剂,第5组在基础日粮中添加30mg/kg的硫酸粘菌素。通过测定断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标、粪中指标,确定中草药添加剂的作用效果、最宜添加量及作用机理。结果表明:(1)中草药添加剂提高了断奶仔猪的生产性能。0.1%中草药组和硫酸粘菌素组显著提高了试验各期断奶仔猪的平均日增重(P0.05),显著降低了试验后期和试验全期的料重比(P0.05),极显著的降低断奶仔猪的腹泻率(P0.01),但0.1%中草药的效果更佳。(2)中草药添加剂提高了断奶仔猪的免疫性能。各中草药组显著提高了 14天免疫球蛋白A的含量和28天白介素6的含量(P0.05),显著提高了两次取样白介素10和一氧化氮的含量(P0.05),0.1%、0.15%中草药组极显著的提高了 28天免疫球蛋白A的含量(P0.01),0.1%、0.15%中草药组两次取样均显著提高了补体C4的含量(P0.05)。其中0.1%中草药组比对照组提高的更多。(3)中草药添加剂降低了断奶仔猪的应激水平。各中草药组显著降低了 14天肌酸激酶的含量(P0.05),极显著的降低了 28天肌酸激酶的含量(P0.01),显著降低了 28天生长抑素的含量(P0.05),0.1%、0.15%中草药组两次取样均显著的降低了乳酸脱氢酶的含量(P0.05)。(4)中草药添加剂促进了断奶仔猪体内的蛋白合成。0.1%、0.15%中草药组显著提高了 28天总蛋白的含量(P0.05),显著提高了两次取样白蛋白和球蛋白的含量(P0.05),显著降低了 14天尿素氮的含量(PP0.05),各中草药组极显著降低了 28天尿素氮的含量(P0.01)。(5)中草药添加剂促进了断奶仔猪的微生物平衡。各中草药组显著的降低了 14、28天粪中大肠杆菌的数量(P0.05),显著的提高了 28天粪中双歧杆菌的数量(P0.05),极显著的增加了 28天粪中乳酸杆菌的数量(P0.01)。本试验中,中草药添加剂和硫酸粘菌素均能对断奶仔猪的生产性能、免疫性能和菌群平衡产生积极的作用。其中中草药添加剂的最优添加量为0.1%,对各项指标的作用也优于硫酸粘菌素。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effect and mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine additives in weanling pig production. Chinese herbal medicine additives are made up of Herba Herba, perilla, Radix Angelicae and Magnolia officinalis. This experiment was completely randomized design, selection of 100 "Duroc * Landrace * large white three crossbred weaned piglets were randomly divided into five groups, the first group is the basal diet group, Chinese herbal medicine group second, group third, fourth groups of 0.05%, 0.1% and 0.15% were added in the basic diet, the fifth group added to the diets of 30mg/kg in polymyxin sulfate. By measuring the growth performance of weaned piglets, the biochemical indexes of blood, and the index of feces, the effect, the optimum amount and the mechanism of the addition of Chinese herbal medicine were determined. The results showed that: (1) the Chinese herbal medicine additive improved the production performance of weanling piglets. 0.1% Chinese herbal medicine group and colistin group significantly increased the average daily gain (P0.05) of weaned piglets in each trial period, significantly reduced the feed to weight ratio (P0.05) at the end of the trial and the whole trial period, and significantly reduced the diarrhea rate of weaned piglets (P0.01), but the effect of 0.1% Chinese herbal medicine was better. (2) the Chinese herbal additive can improve the immune performance of weanling piglets. The Chinese herbal medicine group significantly increased the content of immunoglobulin A in 14 days and 28 days of interleukin 6 (P0.05), significantly increased the contents of two samples of interleukin 10 and nitric oxide (P0.05), 0.1%, 0.15% Chinese herbal medicine group significantly improved the content of the 28 day of immunoglobulin A (P0.01 0.1%, 0.15%), Chinese herbal medicine group two samples significantly increased the content of complement C4 (P0.05). 0.1% of the Chinese herbal medicine group increased more than the control group. (3) the Chinese herbal additive reduces the stress level of weanling piglets. The Chinese herbal medicine group decreased 14 days creatine kinase (P0.05), significantly reduced the content of 28 days of creatine kinase (P0.01), decreased the content of 28 days of somatostatin (P0.05), 0.1%, 0.15% Chinese herbal medicine group two samples significantly decreased the content of lactate dehydrogenase. (P0.05). (4) the Chinese herbal medicine additive promotes the protein synthesis in weanling piglets. Chinese herbal medicine group 0.1%, 0.15% and 28 days significantly increased the contents of total protein (P0.05), significantly increased the contents of two samples of albumin and globulin (P0.05), decreased the content of urea nitrogen in 14 days (PP0.05), the Chinese herbal medicine group significantly decreased the content of urea nitrogen (28 days P0.01). (5) the Chinese herbal additive promoted the microbial balance of weanling piglets. The Chinese herbal medicine group significantly reduced the number of Escherichia coli in feces (P0.05), which significantly increased the number of bifidobacteria in feces (P0.05) for 14 days and 28 days, and significantly increased the number of lactobacilli in feces 28 days (P0.01). In this experiment, both Chinese herbal medicine and colysin sulfate can play a positive role in the production performance, immune performance and bacterial balance of weanling piglets. The optimum addition of Chinese herbal medicine additive was 0.1%, and the effect on various indexes was better than that of clay colysin.
