β-胡萝卜素不同添加量对奶牛产后繁殖性能、生殖激素及抗氧化指标的影响

【摘要】:近年来,随着奶牛产奶量的不断提高,奶牛繁殖性能呈现下降趋势,制约了奶牛业的发展。如何有效提高奶牛繁殖性能是奶牛养殖业关注的问题之一,本研究通过在奶牛日粮中添加不同量的β-胡萝卜素,探讨其对奶牛产后繁殖性能、生殖激素及抗氧化能力的影响,为提高奶牛繁殖性能提供科学依据。试验一β-胡萝卜素不同添加量对奶牛产后繁殖性能的影响试验选用年龄、体重、体况相近的头胎荷斯坦奶牛60头,采取配对原则分为对照组和试验1组、试验2组,每组各20头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组饲喂基础日粮+ β-胡萝卜素200mg/头·d,试验2组饲喂基础日粮+β-胡萝卜素400mg/头·d,研究添加不同置β-胡萝卜素对奶牛产后繁殖性能的影响。试验期为产后0~90天。研究结果表明,奶牛产后添加400mg/头·dβ-胡萝卜素可以减少配种次数(p0.05),有缩短奶牛产后首次发情时间和首次配种时间,减少空怀天数,提高情期受胎率,降低产后繁殖疾病的趋势(p0.05),且每头每天添加400mgβ-胡萝卜素的效果优于添加200mgβ-胡萝卜素。试验二β-胡萝卜素不同添加量对奶牛产后生殖激素的影响试验动物的选择与分组、试验设计与饲养管理同试验一,研究添加不同量β-胡萝卜素对奶牛产后生殖激素分泌的影响。研究结果表明,在日粮中添加β-胡萝卜素有升高血清中孕酮的趋势,但对血清中促卵泡素、促黄体素和雌激素的浓度没有影响(p0.05)。在日粮中添加200mg/头·d组促卵泡素和雌激素浓度高于400mg/头·d组(p0.05),促黄体生成素和孕酮浓度与400mg/头·天组差异不显著(p0.05)。试验三β-胡萝卜素不同添加量对奶牛产后血清中抗氧化指标的影响试验动物的选择与分组、试验设计与饲养管理同试验一,研究添加添加不同量β-胡萝卜素对奶牛抗氧化指标的影响。研究结果显示,随着日粮中β-胡萝卜素添加量的增加,奶牛血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶浓度、超氧化物歧化酶浓度呈上升趋势,且添加β-胡萝卜素组奶牛血清中总抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶浓度均显著高于不添加组(p0.05);奶牛血清中丙二醛浓度呈下降趋势,且添加β-胡萝卜素组的丙二醛浓度均低于不添加组(p0.05)。添加400mg/头·dβ-胡萝卜素组血清超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽和丙二醛过氧化物酶浓度高于添加200mg/头· d组(P0.05),总抗氧化能力低于200mg/头·d组(p0.05)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of milk production, dairy cow reproductive performance presents a downward trend, restricting the development of dairy cattle industry. How to effectively improve cow breeding performance is one of the concerns of dairy cattle breeding industry. In this study, the effects of different amounts of 尾 -carotene on postpartum reproductive performance, reproductive hormones and antioxidant capacity of dairy cows were studied. In order to provide the scientific basis for improving the reproductive performance of dairy cattle, the effect of 尾 -carotene on postpartum reproductive performance of dairy cows was studied. 60 Holstein cows with similar age, body weight and body condition were selected. The control group was divided into two groups according to the principle of pairing. The control group was fed with basal diet and the experimental group 1 was fed with 尾 -carotene 200 mg / head 路d. Group 2 was fed a basal diet of 400 mg / head 路d of 尾 -carotene. The effect of different 尾 -carotene on postpartum reproductive performance of dairy cows was studied. The experimental period was 90 days postpartum. The results showed that the effect of 尾 -carotene on postpartum reproductive performance of dairy cows was 90 days. The addition of 400 mg / head 路d 尾 -carotene in postpartum dairy cows can reduce the frequency of breeding, shorten the first estrus time and the first breeding time, and reduce the days of empty pregnancy. The rate of conception in estrous period was increased and the tendency of postpartum reproductive diseases was decreased (p 0.05). The effect of 400 mg 尾 -carotene per day was better than that of 200mg 尾 -carotene. The effect of different doses of 尾 -carotene on postpartum reproductive hormone selection in dairy cows. And groups. The experiment design and feeding management were the same as experiment 1. The effects of different amounts of 尾 -carotene on the secretion of postpartum reproductive hormones in dairy cows were studied. Supplementation of 尾 -carotene in diet tended to increase progesterone in serum, but to follicle stimulating hormone in serum. The concentration of luteinizing hormone and estrogen had no effect on the concentration of P0.050.The concentration of follicle stimulating hormone and estrogen in 200 mg / head 路d group was higher than that in 400 mg / head 路d group (P 0.05). The concentrations of luteinizing hormone and progesterone were not significantly different from those of 400 mg / head 路day group (p 0.05). Effect of different 尾 -carotene supplementation on antioxidant indexes in postpartum serum of dairy cows. Selection and grouping of experimental animals. The effect of adding different amounts of 尾 -carotene on antioxidant index of dairy cattle was studied. The results showed that with the increase of 尾 -carotene in diet, the effect of 尾 -carotene on the antioxidant index of dairy cattle was studied. The concentration of glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase in serum of dairy cattle showed an increasing trend, and the total antioxidant capacity in serum of cows with 尾 -carotene was increased. The concentration of glutathione peroxidase was significantly higher than that of the control group. The concentration of malondialdehyde in serum of dairy cattle showed a decreasing trend. The concentration of malondialdehyde in 尾 -carotene group was lower than that in non-addition group (P 0.05), and the serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) level in 400 mg / head 路d 尾 -carotene group was lower than that in control group. The concentration of glutathione and malondialdehyde peroxidase was higher than that of 200mg / head 路d group, and the total antioxidant capacity was lower than that of 200mg / head 路d group.
