杜蒙F1杂交肉用绵羊妊娠期与哺乳期能量和蛋白质需要量的研究

【摘要】:本试验选取15只体况相近的杜泊羊与蒙古羊杂交一代母羊随机分为三组,每组饲养水平分别为自由采食、80%自由采食、60%自由采食,按照NRC标准配制并供给日粮,运用碳氮平衡的原理,在空怀期、妊娠期、哺乳期共进行七次消化代谢试验并结合呼吸测热试验,得出母羊蛋白和能量的消化代谢规律及需要量。结果从以下三方面简述:试验1:饲喂水平对杜蒙F1母羊空怀期、妊娠期、哺乳期消化代谢的影响。杜蒙杂交母羊干物质摄入量、粪排出量、干物质消化量随饲喂水平的降低显著降低,干物质、N的表观消化率消化率有升高趋势,总体干物质消化率哺乳期空怀期妊娠期,母羊粪C,尿C,二氧化碳C,甲烷C的排出均因限饲的影响而降低,粪能、尿能、甲烷能均随饲喂水平的降低而降低,饲喂水平影响了母羊对营养物质的消化利用情况。试验2:杜蒙F1母羊氮代谢与维持净N需要量的研究。随饲喂水平的降低,杜蒙F1母羊食入氮、粪氮、消化氮、氮沉积量、乳氮显著降低,氮的表观消化率有升高趋势,母羊在空怀期,妊娠期40、70、120d,哺乳期 20、50、80d 维持净 N 的需要量分别为 209.4、279.1、357.9、441.6、305.1、336.0、282.7mg·kg-1W0.75·d-1。试验3:杜蒙F1母羊能量代谢与维持净能、维持代谢能需要量的研究。随饲喂水平的降低,杜蒙F1母羊粪碳、尿碳、CO2碳、甲烷碳损失的碳显著降低,碳的表观消化率有升高趋势,在空怀期、妊娠期40、70、120d,哺乳期 20、50、80d 时 NEm 的量分别为 145.01、164.77、176.88、199.38、303.67、318.56、288.01KJ/kgW0.75d,MEm 需要量分别为 200.17、244.17、275.54、303.04、466.87、442.69、372.39KJ/kgW0.75d,代谢能的利用效率 Km 分别为 72.44%、67.48%、64.19%、65.79%、65.04%、71.96%、77.34%。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, 15 crossbred ewes with similar body condition were randomly divided into three groups. The feeding level of each group was 80% free feed and 60% free feed. The diets were prepared and fed according to NRC standard. Based on the principle of carbon and nitrogen balance, seven digestive and metabolic tests were carried out during empty pregnancy, pregnancy and lactation and combined with respiratory calorimetry. Results: experiment 1: the effect of feeding level on digestibility and metabolism of Dumont F1 ewes during pregnancy, gestation and lactation, and dry matter intake of Dumont crossbred ewes, were summarized in the following three aspects: (1) the effect of feeding level on digestibility and metabolism in Dumont F1 ewes during pregnancy, gestation and lactation. Fecal excretion and dry matter digestibility decreased significantly with the decrease of feed level, and the apparent digestibility of dry matter N increased, and the total dry matter digestibility increased during pregnancy during lactation. The excretion of fecal C, urine C, carbon dioxide C and methane C of ewe decreased due to the effect of feeding restriction, while fecal energy, urine energy and methane energy decreased with the decrease of feed level. Feeding level affected digestibility and utilization of nutrients in ewe. Experiment 2: nitrogen metabolism and net N requirement of Dumont F1 ewes. With the decrease of feed level, DumonF1 ewe fed nitrogen, fecal nitrogen, digestible nitrogen and nitrogen deposition. The apparent digestibility of nitrogen in milk decreased significantly, and the apparent digestibility of nitrogen increased. The net N requirement of ewe during gestation, gestation and lactation was 209.4N 279.1g 路kg-1W0.75 路d-1.The energy metabolism and maintenance net energy of Dumeng F1 ewe were 209.4N 279.1g 路kg-1W0.75 路d-1.336.0mg 路kg-1W0.75 路d -1 and 357.9mg 路kg-1W0.75 路d ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1), respectively, during empty pregnancy, gestation period and lactation period were 209.4n ~ 279.1g 路kg-1W0.75 路d ~ (-1), respectively. With the decrease of feeding level, fecal carbon, urine carbon and methane carbon loss of Dumont F1 ewes decreased significantly, and the apparent carbon digestibility increased. At 120 days of gestation and 20 days of lactation, the amount of NEm was 145.01g / kg 164.77 / 176.882 / 199.38303.67N / 318.56N / 288.01K / kg / kg W0.75dm respectively. The requirements of MEm were 200.17244.174.174.275.54.275.44.4466.8N 442.9372.39KJ / kg W0.75d, respectively. The utilization efficiency of ME was 62.447.487.484.19 / 64.190.65.790.645.040.75.
