18个紫花苜蓿品种耐盐性评价与耐盐品种筛选

【摘要】:紫花苜蓿是世界上最重要的豆科牧草之一,不仅为家畜提供优质蛋白,而且也能提高土壤氮素肥力,是我国粮改饲、促进农牧业结合的首选牧草。广泛分布于我国各地的盐渍化土地是种植饲草料,是保证优质耕地用于农作物种植的有效途径。但盐渍化土地严重制约着苜蓿种植业的发展,为了筛选出耐盐苜蓿品种,本研究以18个紫花苜蓿材料为研究对象,在不同浓度NaCl(0.0%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%)处理下采用培养皿发芽试验法,通过测定种子的相对发芽率、相对发芽势、幼根生长量,评价了 18个苜蓿品种的耐盐性,从中筛选出10个比较耐盐的苜蓿品种,再将这10个苜蓿品种进行盆栽试验,最终筛选出最耐盐的苜蓿品种。温室盆栽试验在不同浓度NaCl(ck、0.25%、0.3%、0.35%、0.4%)处理下针对苜蓿的出苗率、株高、存活率、分枝数、细胞膜透性、游离脯氨酸这六项指标进行了测定,根据上述指标对个品种进行综合评价,划分等级,筛选出耐盐品种。得出如下主要结论:1.在发芽试验中,将18个紫花苜蓿材料的耐盐等级评价为:YL702、2006-YL-3、2006-YL-4、S2、S3、中苜一号、中草 10 号、巨能耐盐、SS-2007、YL92-1 耐盐性强;YL-92、SS12-1、SS15-1、S1、S4、巨能 4050、巨能 4010、SS14-1耐盐性弱。2.在盆栽试验中,10个紫花苜蓿材料的耐盐性由高到低排列为:中草10 号中苜一号巨能耐盐YL7022006-YL-4SS-2007S22006-YL-3YL92-1S3。3.盆栽试验中,将10个紫花苜蓿材料的耐盐等级评价为:中草10号耐盐的能力强,中苜一号、巨能耐盐、YL702、2006-YL-4耐盐的能力较强,SS-2007、S2、2006-YL-3耐盐的能力中等,YL92-1、S3耐盐的能力最弱。
[Abstract]:Alfalfa is one of the most important legume forages in the world. It not only provides high quality protein for livestock, but also improves soil nitrogen fertility. The salinized land widely distributed all over China is the effective way to plant forage and ensure high quality cultivated land for crop planting. But salinized land seriously restricts the development of alfalfa planting. In order to select salt-tolerant alfalfa varieties, 18 alfalfa materials were studied in this study. Under different concentrations of NaCl-0. 0. 0. 3 and 0. 5 and 0. 7, the method of petri dish germination was used to determine the relative germination rate, relative germination potential and young root growth of seeds. The salt tolerance of 18 alfalfa varieties was evaluated. Ten alfalfa varieties with relatively salt tolerance were selected, and the 10 alfalfa varieties were tested in pot culture. Finally, the most salt-tolerant alfalfa varieties were selected. In greenhouse pot experiment, the emergence rate, plant height, survival rate, branching number, cell membrane permeability and free proline of alfalfa were measured under different concentrations of NaClckCon 0.25 and 0.35%. According to the above indexes, the salt tolerant varieties were evaluated, classified and selected. The main conclusions were as follows: 1.In the germination test, the salt tolerance grades of 18 alfalfa materials were evaluated as: 1: 1. The salt tolerance grades of 18 alfalfa materials were as follows:% YL702 / 2006-YL-3 / 2006-YL-4 / S2 / S3, Zhongmu No. 1 and Zhongcao 10, respectively. SS-2007HYL92-1 has strong salt tolerance (YL-92S12-1) SS15-1N S1S4, giant energy 4050, giant energy 401010SS14-1 weak salt tolerance .2.In pot experiment, the salt tolerance of 10 alfalfa materials was arranged from high to low: Zhongcao 1022006-YL-4SS-2007S22006-YL-3YL92-1S3.3in pot experiment, the salt tolerance of 10 alfalfa materials was as follows: YL7022006-YL-4SS-2007S22006-YL-3YL92-1S3.3in pot experiment, the salt tolerance of 10 alfalfa materials was as follows: YL7022006-YL-4SS-2007S22006-YL-3YL92-1S3.3in pot experiment. The salt tolerance grades of 10 alfalfa materials were evaluated as follows: Zhongcao 10 had strong salt tolerance, Zhongmu No.1 had strong salt tolerance, and giant salt tolerance YL702 and 2006-YL-4 had stronger salt tolerance than SS-2007S2 and 2006-YL-3. The salt tolerance ability of Zhongcao 10 and Zhongmu No.1 was the weakest.
