五树种天然林土壤钙、叶组织钙与水分利用效率的关系

【摘要】:本研究选择了常见的五种树种(油松、樟子松、蒙古栎、五角枫、侧柏)的天然林,通过野外调查采样,带回室内进行测定和分析,得到土壤水溶性钙含量、植物叶组织全钙含量和能够指示植物的水分利用效率的δ13C值,通过数据的整理统计和分析,对土壤钙、叶组织钙、钙耦合及δ13C进行差异性分析与相关性分析,得到以下结论:(1)油松天然林中,承德和北镇两地的土壤水溶性钙含量显著差异(P0.01);植物叶组织全钙含量差异显著(P0.01);钙吸收系数差异显著(P0.01);水分利用效率差异显著(P0.05)。油松天然林的土壤水溶性钙含量与植物叶组织全钙含量之间存在极显著正向相关关系(P0.01);土壤水溶性钙含量与植物的水分利用效率不存在显著相关性(P0.05);植物叶组织全钙含量与植物的水分利用效率呈显著正向相关的关系(P0.05);钙吸收系数与植物的水分利用效率不存在显著相关性(P0.05)。(2)樟子松天然林的土壤水溶性钙含量与植物叶组织全钙含量之间并不存在显著相关性(P0.05);土壤水溶性钙含量与植物的水分利用效率不存在显著相关性(P0.05);植物叶组织全钙含量与植物的水分利用效率呈极显著正相关的关系(P0.01);钙吸收系数与植物的水分利用效率呈极显著正相关(P0.01)。(3)蒙古栎天然林中,北镇和东宁两地的土壤水溶性钙含量不存在差异性(P0.05);两地的植物叶组织全钙含量不存在差异性(P0.05);钙吸收系数不存在差异(P0.05);水分利用效率差异显著(P0.01)。蒙古栎天然林的土壤水溶性钙含量与植物叶组织全钙含量之间存在显著正向相关(P0.05);土壤水溶性钙含量与植物的水分利用效率不存在显著相关性(P0.05);植物叶组织全钙含量与植物的水分利用效率呈显著负向相关的关系(P0.05);钙吸收系数与植物的水分利用效率呈显著负相关(P0.05)。(4)五角枫天然林中,承德、清原的土壤水溶性钙含量不存在显著差异性(P0.05),承德与北镇呈显著差异(P0.05),清原与北镇差异显著(P0.01);三地的植物叶组织全钙均不存在显著差异(P0.05);钙吸收系数在承德和清原不存在显著差异(P0.05),在承德和北镇存在显著差异(P0.01),在清原和北镇存在显著差异(P0.01);植物的水分利用效率在承德、清原和北镇三地皆不存在显著差异(P0.05)。五角枫天然林的土壤水溶性钙含量与植物叶组织钙含量之间存在显著正向相关(P0.05);土壤水溶性钙含量与植物的水分利用效率不存在显著相关性(P0.05);植物叶组织全钙与植物的水分利用效率呈现显著负向相关的关系(P0.05);钙吸收系数与植物的水分利用效率不存在显著相关性(P0.05)。(5)侧柏天然林中,凌源和承德两地的土壤水溶性钙含量不存在显著差异性(P0.05);植物叶组织全钙含量不存在显著差异性(P0.05);钙吸收系数不存在显著差异(P0.05);植物的水分利用效率不存在显著差异(P0.05)。侧柏天然林的土壤水溶性钙含量与植物叶组织全钙含量之间存在显著正相关(P0.05);土壤水溶性钙含量与植物的水分利用效率不存在显著相关性(P0.05);植物叶组织全钙含量与植物的水分利用效率不具有显著的相关性(P0.05);钙吸收系数与植物的水分利用效率不存在显著相关性(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:This study selected five common tree species (pine, Pinus sylvestris, Mongolia oak, five maple, natural forest, Platycladus orientalis) by field investigation and sampling, back to indoor were determined and analyzed, the soil water soluble calcium content, total calcium content in plant leaf tissue and can indicate the plant water use efficiency of 13C. The value sorting through the data statistics and analysis, the soil calcium, leaf tissue calcium, calcium coupling and delta 13C analysis and correlation difference, get the following conclusions: (1) natural forest of Pinus tabulaeformis in Chengde and Beizhen, soil water soluble calcium content significantly (P0.01); the difference of total calcium content the leaf tissue was significantly difference (P0.01); calcium absorption coefficient significantly (P0.01); water use efficiency (P0.05). Significant differences between soil water soluble natural forest of Pinus tabulaeformis and total calcium content of calcium content in plant leaf tissue was significantly positive correlation between soil water soluble (P0.01); The content of calcium and plant water use efficiency has no significant correlation (P0.05); total calcium content and plant leaf tissue water use efficiency there is positive correlation between (P0.05); calcium absorption coefficient and plant water use efficiency has no significant correlation (P0.05). (2) there is no significant correlation between the calcium content of calcium content in plant leaf tissue water soluble natural forest soil of Pinus sylvestris (P0.05); soil water soluble calcium content and plant water use efficiency has no significant correlation (P0.05); leaf tissue calcium content and plant water use efficiency showed a significant positive correlation (P0.01) calcium; absorption coefficient and plant water use efficiency was significantly correlated (P0.01). (3) Mongolia oak forest, water and soil of Beizhen and Dongning soluble calcium content there is no difference (P0.05); both sides of the plant leaf tissue CA There is no difference between the content of calcium absorption coefficient (P0.05); there is no difference (P0.05); water use efficiency was significant (P0.01). There was significant positive correlation between water and soil of Mongolia oak forest dissolved calcium and total calcium content of the leaf tissue (P0.05); soil water soluble calcium content and plant there is no significant correlation between water use efficiency (P0.05); and the content of calcium in plant leaf tissue of the plant water use efficiency was negatively related to the relationship (P0.05); calcium absorption coefficient and plant water use efficiency was negatively correlated (P0.05). (4) Chengde five Jiaofeng natural forest, water. Qingyuan soil soluble calcium content there is no significant difference (P0.05), Chengde and Beizhen showed significant difference (P0.05), Qingyuan and Beizhen had significant difference (P0.01); three of the total calcium in plant leaf tissue was not significant (P0.05); calcium absorption coefficient does not exist in Chengde and Qingyuan Significant differences (P0.05), there were significant differences in Chengde and Beizhen (P0.01), there were significant differences in Qingyuan and Beizhen (P0.01); plant water use efficiency in Chengde, Qingyuan and Beizhen three were no significant difference (P0.05). There was significant positive correlation between soil water soluble five maple forest the calcium content of calcium content in plant leaf tissue (P0.05); soil water soluble calcium content and plant water use efficiency has no significant correlation (P0.05); leaf tissue calcium and whole plant water use efficiency has significant negative correlation relationship (P0.05); calcium absorption coefficient and plant water use efficiency there is no significant correlation (P0.05). (5) of Platycladus orientalis in natural forest, soil water in both Lingyuan and Chengde the soluble calcium content there is no significant difference (P0.05); total calcium content in plant leaf tissue has no significant difference (P0.05); calcium absorption coefficient does not exist Significant differences (P0.05); plant water use efficiency have no significant difference (P0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between soil water soluble natural forest of Platycladus orientalis total calcium content and calcium content in plant leaf tissue (P0.05); soil water soluble calcium content and plant water use efficiency has no significant correlation (P0.05) the content of total calcium; and plant leaf tissue water use efficiency has no significant correlation (P0.05); calcium absorption coefficient and plant water use efficiency has no significant correlation (P0.05).
