艾叶粉在生长肉兔的应用效果评价

【摘要】:本课题通过化学分析、套算法、饲养、消化试验以及实验室试验来评价艾叶粉营养成分、营养价值以及在肉兔上的应用效果。采用化学分析法、消化试验测定以及套算法计算艾叶粉的化学成分及营养价值,通过饲养试验、消化试验以及实验室试验来确定艾叶粉对生长肉兔的影响。1.艾叶粉的化学成分及其营养价值艾叶粉的总能、干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙、磷、灰分、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维以及木质素含量分别为17.62MJ/Kg、91.56%、15.70%、7.29%、1.19%、0.28%、10.35%、16.64%、34.32%、28.87%、7.09%,艾叶粉的消化能、可消化干物质、可消化粗蛋白质、可消化粗脂肪、可消化钙、可消化磷、可消化灰分、可消化粗纤维、可消化中性洗涤纤维、可消化酸性洗涤纤维以及可消化木质素含量分别为5.62MJ/Kg、40.95%、6.81%、6.00%、0.4628%、0.1197%、1.73%、2.46%、10.64%、4.86%、1.90%。2.日粮艾叶粉水平对生长肉兔的影响采用单因素设计,选用160只35日龄体重相近健康商品断奶伊拉子兔,随机分为四组(每组四十个重复,每个重复一只),日粮艾叶粉水平分别为0、3%、6%、9%,预饲期7天,正饲期30天。试验结果如下:日粮艾叶粉水平对平均日采食量、平均日增重、料重比影响不显著(P0.05);日粮艾叶粉水平对生长肉兔粗纤维表观消化率、钙和磷表观消化率影响不显著(P0.05),艾叶粉水平对粗脂肪表观消化率有极显著的影响(P0.01),对粗蛋白表观消化率、能量表观消化率、干物质表观消化率无显著影响(P0.05),但日粮中添加艾叶粉有降低其表观消化率的趋势;日粮艾叶粉水平对氮代谢影响不显著(P0.05)。日粮艾叶粉水平对生长肉兔肌肉红度、滴水损失有极显著的影响(P0.01)。对亮度有显著的影响(P0.05);艾叶粉添加水平对胃重、盲肠重无显著影响(P0.05),对小肠以及蚓突长度有极显著影响(P0.01),艾叶粉能够极显著增加其长度。艾叶粉水平对小肠绒毛高度无显著影响(P0.05),降低了隐窝深度,增大了小肠绒毛高度以及隐窝深度的比值;日粮艾叶粉水平对生长肉兔小肠紧密连接蛋白occludin基因表达量无显著影响(P0.05),艾叶粉水平对空肠紧密连接蛋白ZO-1基因表达量有极显著的影响(P0.01),日粮中添加艾叶粉能购极显著提高ZO-1基因表达量,对空肠以及回肠紧密连接蛋白claudin1基因表达量、回肠ZO-1基因表达量有显著影响(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the nutritional composition, nutritional value and application effect in meat rabbits were evaluated by chemical analysis, set algorithm, feeding, digestion test and laboratory test. The chemical composition and nutritional value of the leaf powder of Artemisia argyi were calculated by the digestion test and the set algorithm, and the feeding test was carried out. Digestibility tests and laboratory tests to determine the effects of argyrus powder on the growth of meat rabbits. 1. The chemical composition and nutritional value of argyrrhiza powder; total energy, dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, calcium, phosphorus, ash, crude fiber, dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, calcium, phosphorus, ash, crude fiber, dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, The contents of neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber and lignin are 17.62MJ / Kgn91.56 and 15.70, respectively, and 7.29 and 1.190.28 and 10.350.280.280.35 and 16.644.32 and 28.877.09, respectively. One hundred and sixty 35 day-old weanling rabbits of similar body weight and healthy commodity were randomly divided into four groups (40 repeats in each group, one in each group). The dietary powder level of Artemisia argyi was 0 ~ 3 and 6 ~ 9%, respectively, and the prefeeding period was 7 days. The results were as follows: the average daily intake, average daily gain and feed weight ratio were not significantly affected by the level of forage powder, and the apparent digestibility of crude fiber in growing meat rabbits was not significantly affected by the level of Ai leaf meal. The apparent digestibility of calcium and phosphorus was not significantly affected by P0.05, but the apparent digestibility of crude fat was significantly affected by the level of leaf powder, while the apparent digestibility of crude protein and energy was significantly affected by the level of leaf powder. The apparent digestibility of dry matter had no significant effect on P0.05N, but the apparent digestibility of the diet was decreased by adding Ai Ye powder to the diet, but there was no significant effect on nitrogen metabolism at the level of the leaf powder, but the muscle redness of the growing meat rabbit was influenced by the level of the leaf powder. The loss of drip water had a significant effect on the weight of stomach, P0.01g, and the brightness of P0.05N, the weight of stomach was affected by the addition level of leaf powder of Artemisia lanceolata. The weight of cecum had no significant influence on the length of small intestine and vermis, but the length of P0.01C was significantly increased by the powder of argyrrrheal leaves, but the height of villi of the small intestine was not significantly affected by the level of the powder, and the depth of crypt was decreased. The ratio of villi height and crypt depth was increased. There was no significant effect on the expression of occludin gene in the small intestine of growing meat rabbits, but the level of Ai leaf powder had a very significant effect on the expression of ZO-1 gene in jejunum of rabbits. The expression of ZO-1 gene was significantly increased. The expression of claudin1 gene and ZO-1 gene in jejunum and ileum were significantly affected by P0.05.
