意大利蝗迁飞能源动态及迁飞与卵巢发育的关系
[Abstract]:Calliptamus Italicus L. is one of the dominant harmful species in Xinjiang desert and semi-desert grassland. It has long-distance migration behavior and often causes serious damage to the migrated areas. This study explored the structural characteristics of the flying muscles of the Italian grasshopper and the relationship between the flying energy dynamics and the flying ability of the Italian grasshopper and the ovarian development. The length of sarcomeres and the diameter of myofibrils in the flying group were longer than those in the control group, and the diameter of myofibrils in the flying group were thicker than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference in the length and diameter of myofibrils between the females, males and females (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in mitochondrial content between male and female adults (P Glycogen consumption was the highest when females flew over 2.8 km, and the highest when males flew between 2.1 km and 2.8 km. The glycerol accumulation in females and males was significantly higher than that in females at 7 days of age. The accumulation of glycerol esters in male and female adults was significantly different (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between male and female adults (P 0.05). The consumption of glycerol esters in male and female adults was the highest when the flight distance was more than 2.8 km, 61.69 mg/g and 69.75 mg/g, respectively. Glycogen utilization efficiency was the highest in females flying over 2.8 km, males flying between 2.1 km and 2.8 km, and females flying over 2.8 km. There is conjugation between fertility.
