关于对话中“不满表达”的中日对比研究

【摘要】:在跨文化交流过程中,因为人们总是习惯根据自身的文化背景、语言习惯去使用或理解对方的语言,所以会产生各种各样的摩擦或误会。特别是在语言层面上的“不满表达”行为会损害到对方的面子,可能稍有不慎一些语言的使用和说话方式会对人际关系产生很大的影响。为了避免这样的摩擦或误解,有必要对中日语言在表达不满方面的差异进行分析。本文采取角色扮演的调查方法,以整体对话为调查对象,总结双方使用何种策略来展开话题,同时分析双方语言的使用策略和语言表达方式的特征及其原因。分析结果如下所示:1)日语母语者的使用策略及语言表达方式的特点有以下几点。被表达不满方多使用道歉和承认事实的策略,表达不满方则使用询问原因和表达不满等方式来展开对话;如果对方主动承认错误,表达不满方可能不会先表达不满;表达不满方在表达不满时,更倾向于使用间接责备的策略,例如“我都饿了”;面对表达不满方的原谅,被表达不满方有时会表示感谢;表达不满方的语言表现特点是大量使用感叹词、省略表达及委婉表达方式。2)汉语母语者的使用策略及语言表现的特点有以下几点。被表达不满方除了道歉和承认错误之外,多使用解释原因的策略,而表达不满方则使用询问原因和表达不满等方式来推进对话的展开;与被表达不满方的说话内容无关,表达不满方首先表达不满;和日语相比,指出对方错误的这个策略的使用率更高;对于表达不满方首次提出的不满,被表达不满方可能会为自己进行辩护;从整体来看,汉语母语者使用担心对方的策略的频率比较高;表达不满方的语言表现特点是多使用副词来表达感情,并且和日语相比前置表达方式更加多样化。
[Abstract]:In the process of cross-cultural communication, because people are always used to use or understand each other's language according to their own cultural background, So there will be a variety of frictions or misunderstandings. Especially in the linguistic level of "dissatisfaction" behavior will damage the face of the other side, May be a little careless use of language and the way of speaking will have a great impact on interpersonal relationships. In order to avoid such friction or misunderstanding, It is necessary to analyze the differences in the expressions of dissatisfaction between Chinese and Japanese languages. This paper adopts the role-playing survey method, taking the overall dialogue as the research object, and summarizes the strategies used by both sides to launch the topic. At the same time, this paper analyzes the characteristics and reasons of the use strategies and language expressions of both languages. The analysis results are as follows: 1) the characteristics of the use strategies and language expressions of native speakers of Japanese are as follows. Using a strategy of apologizing and acknowledging the facts, If the other party admits the mistake, the discontented party may not express its dissatisfaction first. When expressing the dissatisfaction, the discontented party may express the dissatisfaction, and if the dissatisfied party expresses the dissatisfaction, the discontented party may not express its dissatisfaction first. More inclined to use indirect blame strategies, such as "I am hungry"; in the face of the forgiveness of the disgruntled party, the disgruntled party will sometimes express its gratitude; the verbal expression of the dissatisfied party is characterized by the extensive use of exclamations. Ellipsis and euphemism. 2) the characteristics of Chinese native speakers' use strategies and language performance are as follows. In addition to apologizing and admitting mistakes, the disgruntled parties often use the strategy of explaining the reasons. On the other hand, the expressing discontented party uses the methods of asking for reasons and expressing dissatisfaction to promote the dialogue; it has nothing to do with the content of the dissatisfied party, and the discontented party first expresses its dissatisfaction; compared with Japanese, The strategy that points out that the other party is wrong has a higher utilization rate; to express the dissatisfaction for the first time, the dissatisfied party may defend itself; on the whole, the Chinese native speakers use the strategy of worrying about the other side more frequently. The language expression of dissatisfied side is characterized by the use of adverbs to express feelings, and compared with Japanese, the prepositional expression is more diversified.
