从日本法庭用语看日本社会语言的变化

【摘要】：语言作为一个整体与法律有直接的联系，曾经轰动一时的“本名审判”事件，便说明了这一点。随着日本社会的发展，歧视语正在逐渐消失。然而，，假如没有语言民主化的保护，在法庭上使用受到歧视的方言以及明显处于劣势的小语种，就必然会受到不利于己的或者说是不公正的待遇。
[Abstract]:Language as a whole has a direct connection with the law. With the development of Japanese society, the language of discrimination is gradually disappearing. However, without the protection of the democratization of language, the use of discriminatory dialects and obviously disadvantaged minority languages in the courts is bound to be unfavourable or unjust.
