　　随着民航业的飞速发展,民航飞行安全问题也越来越受到大众的关注。本翻译实践报告以 Managing Risks in Civil Aviation:A Review of the FAAs’ Approach to Safety（Chapter3-9）为源文本。本报告主要从四个方面进行阐述。首先对源文本的背景信息和语言特点、本报告的相关学术价值、本报告要解决的问题及采取的研究方法进行说明阐述;其次,通过分别对翻译前准备工作、翻译中对源文本词法和句法的翻译感悟、翻译后的文稿校对三个方面对翻译实践过程进行说明;再次,以具体的翻译理论——翻译目的论为指导,从翻译文本的词法和句法两方面对翻译案例进行分析,为该类文本的翻译提供了值得借鉴的策略和方法;最后,报告总结归纳了翻译过程中的相关发现及针对此次翻译实践的反思。通过此次翻译实践证明,翻译质量的高低在于在正确的翻译理论和翻译方法指导下,对源文本从不同层面进行分析和翻译,最终使得源文本含义能够清晰准确地传递给目标读者。
