大学英语专业学生英语听力焦虑与听力策略相关性的实证研究

对于第二语言习得,许多研究者的关注点从教学本身转向了二语习得过程中的学习者的个体差异。情感因素是如何影响学习者的学习行为和学习结果的也引起了研究者的注意。语言技能焦虑,尤其是听力焦虑,亦需得到更多关注。基于此,本研究提出四个研究问题:1)英语专业学生是否存在听力焦虑?如有,其特征是什么?2)英语专业学生是否使用听力策略?如有,其使用情况如何?3)听力焦虑是否影响听力策略的使用?如是,听力焦虑与听力策略之间的关系是什么?4)不同二语水平的学生在使用听力策略上是否有不同?如有,其不同具体是什么?本研究分别采用了量化研究和质化研究法,包括了问卷调查法,半结构式访谈法以及有声思维法,调查采访了西安外国语大学英语专业120名大二学生。研究结果表明:听力焦虑和听力策略使用之间呈负相关关系,与此同时,听力焦虑与元认知策略之间呈强负相关关系,认知策略排第二位,社会/情感策略最少。同时,本研究对于英语听力教师教学方法来讲有着较为重要的启示:首先,英语听力教师在教学中要充分考虑到听力焦虑和听力策略之间是呈负相关的,所以在其平时的听力课堂学习中老师可以加强对听力策略的教学,以期能够适当降低学生的听力焦虑程度...
