对分课堂在高职院校英语教学中的实证研究

针对当前高校课堂存在的课堂模式过于单一,学生不主动积极参与课堂以及课堂氛围沉闷等一系列问题,2014年复旦大学心理系张学新教授结合传统讲授式课堂和讨论式课堂的优点,提出了一种适合中国国情的新型教学模式:对分课堂。“对分课堂”结合了讲授式课堂与讨论式课堂的优点,规避了两者的弊端,其核心理念是把课堂一分为二,分配一半课堂时间给教师讲授,另一半给学生讨论,并把讲授和讨论的时间错开,让学生有时间自主安排学习,进行内化吸收。对应的考核方法强调过程性评价,并关注不同学生的不同学习需求。自2014年9月推广以来,对分课堂教学模式在国内受到学者们和广大教师的广泛关注。本研究运用实证手段,结合定量和定性两种研究方法,旨在探索以下几个问题:1)运用对分课堂教学模式是否有利于高职院校学生英语学习成绩的提高?对提高学生的合作能力是否有利?2)对分课堂模式下,学生的英语学习兴趣和主动性是否有得到提高?3)在对分课堂模式下,教师和学生在课堂上的角色是否会发生转变?发生怎样的转变?本研究的实验对象为南昌市某一高职院校大专一年级10班和11班的99名学生(其中10班有50名学生,11班有49名),他们有着相似的年龄和...
