《卓越出回报：用令人惊叹的工作迎接科技潮流》（第七-八章）翻译实践报告

　　本文是一篇翻译实践报告。翻译实践的原文为汤姆·彼得斯（Tom Peters）编著的《卓越出回报·用令人惊叹的工作迎接科技潮流》（The Excellence Dividend:Meeting the Tech Tide with Work that Wows）中的第七章“科技海啸、白领启示录、新道德诉求”（“Tech Tsunami,White-collar Apocalypse,the New Moral Imperative”）和第八章“不安世界中的工作安全”（“Job Security in an Insecure World”）。第七章的主要内容是你作为一个领导者的主要道德义务是尽自己的能力,最大限度地发展自己所负责的每一个人的技能。第八章的主要内容是个人的任务或机会,作者告诉我们如何充分利用新技术建立令人兴奋的生活。译者主要以目的论为指导理论,在翻译过程中运用了直译和意译的翻译策略以及逆译法、词类转移法和增译法三种翻译方法。在翻译过程中,译者力求在忠实传递原文信息的前提下,同时关注目的语读者的理解,以期这本为美国读者写的商业书籍也同样适用于日新月异、科技高速发展的现代化中国。...
