《认知行为疗法简明教程》（节选）汉译实践报告

　　随着现代化进程加快,心理健康问题日益突出,备受国内外广泛关注,相关心理疗法层出不穷。认知行为疗法作为西方主流心理疗法之一,在国内还有很大的研究空间。本文是一篇有关认知行为疗法的翻译实践报告。原文节选自美国心理学家赛斯·吉利安博士所著的《认知行为疗法简明教程》导言和前三章,内容涉及认知行为疗法的理论指导和病例分析。鉴于原文属于心理疗法类信息文本,富有动态词汇、长句和修辞手法,本文以彼得·纽马克的语义翻译理论和交际翻译理论为指导,结合两个或两组翻译实例进行分析,力求从词汇、句法、语篇层面探索出适合心理疗法文本的12种翻译策略,确保译文准确、简明、通顺、富有感染力。其中,词类转换、查证、浓缩、具体化策略用于词汇翻译;包孕、正译与反译、词序调整、插入标点符号、重构策略用于长句翻译;增译、省略、统一主语策略用于语篇翻译。值得注意的是,本文详述心理疗法文本鲜有涉及的正译与反译策略,自行提出浓缩和统一主语策略,以期为同类文本翻译增添平行语料并提供借鉴意义。本文分为五部分:第一章为翻译任务背景和意义介绍;第二章为翻译任务描述,聚焦于作者信息、原文主要内容及其特点分析;第三章为翻译过程概览,包括译前准备...
