美国电视剧之基督教文化探析

【摘要】：在当今国际影像市场上,美国无疑是最大的输出国。阵容强大的好莱坞大片和制作精良的电视剧,连续多年都雄霸收视率上座,并赢得了一批忠实的追捧者。与此同时,随着美国影视作品的广泛传播,美国文化也以一种非常强劲的势头席卷了各个国家,其价值观更是影响了这些国家的观众尤其是青年观众。即便像德、法、英这些老牌的西方文化大国,也无不为本国文化所遭受的挑战而忧心忡忡。虽然对美国影视作品的质疑声一直不绝于耳：有人说他们是葛兰西霸权主义,野心勃勃的强行向世界倾销其文化理念；有人说他们是极端的个人主义,目中无人地沉浸在自我世界里；还有人说他们是拜金的功利主义,作品中充斥着商业元素。然而,在一片声讨和质疑声中,美国影视作品依然傲视群雄,领世界文化风气之先。在这种情况下,回归理性的思考,认真发掘美国影视作品的独特魅力,找到其独领风骚的根本原因,就显得尤为迫切。本文试图从宗教的角度出发,透过美剧中的基督教元素,探寻融化在美剧里的人类共同的心理基因,从而揭示出美国影视作品普遍为全世界大部分观众所接受的原因。通过具体作品的解读,我们可以看到,支撑美剧持续蓬勃发展的是其背后的基督教文化,正是基督教信仰所赋予的美国精神,令剧中的人物可以在看得见和看不见的世界之间自由穿梭。
[Abstract]:In today's international video market, the United States is no doubt the largest exporter. Hollywood blockbusters and well-produced TV series with a strong lineup have dominated the ratings for many years and won a number of loyal admirers. With the widespread dissemination of American film and television works, American culture has also swept across all countries with a very strong momentum, and its values have even affected audiences in these countries, especially young viewers. Even like Germany and France, Britain, the established Western cultural power, is also worried about the challenges to its own culture, although there has been constant skepticism about American film and television: some say they are Gramsci hegemonism. Some say that they are extreme individualism, that they immerse themselves in their own world, or that they are utilitarian in their worship of money, and that their work is full of commercial elements. In the midst of denouncing and questioning, American film and television works are still ahead of the world's cultural ethos. Under such circumstances, returning to rational thinking and conscientiously exploring the unique charm of American film and television works, It is particularly urgent to find the root cause of its dominance. This paper attempts to explore the common psychological genes of human beings who melt in American TV dramas from the perspective of religion and through the Christian elements in American TV dramas. This reveals the reason why American film and television works are generally accepted by the majority of viewers around the world. Through the interpretation of specific works, we can see that the Christian culture behind the sustained and vigorous development of American TV dramas is behind them. It is the American spirit given by Christian faith that allows characters to travel freely between the visible and invisible worlds.
