浅析美食类影片的传播优势

【摘要】:在《舌尖上的中国》之后,中国掀起了一阵的美食纪录片热潮。在这波热潮退去后,活跃在在线视频客户端的却是《深夜食堂》、《孤独的美食家》这种温情类的美食影片,近期走红的更有《小森林》系列影片。本文试图通过解析《小森林:冬春篇》以及《一人食》系列短片的画面来说明美食类影片在受众中的传播优势。首先,本文通过分析《小森林:冬春篇》的画面构图以及剪辑手法来表达一部美食类影片画面的重要性,详细解读影片在温情表达方面的优势。第二部分,本文通过《一人食》系列短片的传播效果来直观的表达,美食类短片的传播优势。通过分析《小森林:冬春篇》的画面以及《一人食》系列短片的拍摄手法来阐述美食类影片借助美食画面来讲述故事的优势。
[Abstract]:After "China on the tongue," there was a food documentary boom in China. After the boom receded, it was the late-night dining hall, the lonely foodie, that kind of tender food film that was active on the online video client. There are more popular films in recent times. This article tries to explain the spread advantage of food films in the audience by analyzing the pictures of "Little Forest: winter and Spring" and "one Man's Food" series. First of all, This paper analyzes the composition and editing techniques of "Little Forest: winter and Spring" to express the importance of a food film picture, and explains in detail the advantages of the film in the expression of warmth. This article uses the transmission effect of the series of short films of "one Man's Edible" to express intuitively. By analyzing the pictures of "Little Forest: winter and Spring" and the shooting technique of "one Man's Food" series, this paper expounds the advantages of food films to tell stories by means of food pictures.
