项目管理在设计项目中的应用研究

【摘要】：今天,高度的工业化和后工业化已经使人类进入了设计时代,大部分时间,我们所做的是设计,因为设计是人类所有活动的基础。如果人类是个设计师,那么这个设计师的工作则在于帮助形成秩序的生活管理。对设计进行管理早在20世纪中期的一些发达国家就已经开始受到重视,如英国和日本。设计管理作为一门新兴学科的出现是现代经济发展的必然结果。中国最先对设设计管理进行研究的学科是工业设计,海尔、美的等多家大中型企业已经参与到设计管理的研究和运用领域。广告设计行业随着国际4A广告公司的进入,本土广告业的设计管理流程不断成长和成熟,但是一些中小企业与国际4A公司的每个业务的所有环节都被量化等先进的工作模式方面还有很大差距,而且也存在着相当一部分“超级个体”的存在,他们喜欢独立作业。中国的工业化程度还处于中期阶段,极大地限制了设计等相关行业和学术领域的发展。我国虽然对设计管理的研究开展的相对较晚,但是目前对这一领域研究的重视程度越来越高。2006年“D2B——第一届国际设计管理高峰会”在上海召开,标志着中国设计管理研究新的里程碑。中国经济高速发展为设计行业和设计管理行业提供了前所未有的机遇,2010年11月5日,清华大学艺术与科学研究中心设计管理研究所在京宣布成立,研究所将会对设计管理做最前沿的探索,并进一步促进产学研的交流,为“中国制造向中国创造”提供从学术研究到产业实践的探索。“2011清华—DMI国际设计管理大会”在香港举行,大会以“设计管理——创领未来”为主题,围绕国内外产业与经济发展的前沿趋势,重点讨论了中国产业的演变历程,设计管理以及创新策略在成功企业中的突出贡献。文章研究了国内外先进设计组织如青蛙、IDEO、奥美等公司,以及国内大型企业的工业设计部门的管理现状,以及当前设计项目的管理问题,并通过在设计项目中项目管理的运用实践,总结并探讨了项目管理如何在设计项目中行之有效的运用,及其未来的发展趋势,指出：设计需要管理,管理需要设计,随着全球经济一体化进程,中国经济与世界的全面接轨,以及中国企业的转型中,对设计的管理的必然将起着越来越重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Today, high levels of industrialization and post-industrialization have brought mankind into the design age, and most of the time, what we do is design, because design is the basis of all human activities. This paper studies the management status of the industrial design departments of advanced design organizations at home and abroad, such as Frog IDEO, Ogilvy, and large domestic enterprises, as well as the management problems of the current design projects.
