当代出版家范用的出版理念

【摘要】: 范用是当代出版家,长期负责生活·读书·新知三联书店的工作。他从事出版工作70年来,在选题策划、装帧设计、经营管理等方面都形成了自己独特的理念,这些理念对我们当下的出版工作也有一定的借鉴意义。 本论文分五个部分。第一部分简要介绍了范用的出版生涯,并结合实际说明了本文的研究价值。第二部分从“选题策划应有勇气追求思想解放”、“选题策划要敢于面对历史真实”、“选题策划要体现对读者的人文关怀”三个方面阐述了范用的选题策划理念。第三部分梳理了范用的装帧设计理念,从“版式与图书内容的整体设计”、“插图与内容的整体设计”、“色彩的整体设计”三个方面来说明书籍装帧的“整体设计与和谐之美”,从“书卷气与减法理念”、“个性化与量体裁衣”两个方面来说明装帧设计要具备“文化内涵与个性之美”的理念。第四部分从“对作者资源的管理”、“对出版质量的管理”和“对出版人才的管理”三个方面探讨了范用的经营管理理念:其中“对作者资源的管理”表现在“与作者有相同的文化追求”、“尊重作者及其作品”和“以人格魅力打动作者”三方面,“对出版质量的管理”表现在对“选题质量”、“编校质量与装帧设计质量”、“书刊广告质量”的管理这三个方面,“对出版人_才的管理”表现在“人才配置”和“人才激励”两方面。第五部分为结语,指出范用及老一辈出版人高度的历史使命感、强烈的社会责任心和高尚的职业道德,必将成为后继者汲取力量的源泉。 当代出版家范用的出版理念,不仅对三联书店,更对那个时期的中国出版业产生了深远影响。他策划选题时既关注社会现实又注重人文关怀、提出图书装帧应“整体设计”、“量体裁衣”等理念,以及对作者资源、出版质量和出版人才的管理,在今天仍具有现实的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Fan Yu is a contemporary publisher who has long been in charge of the work of "Life, Reading 路Xinzhi Sanlian Bookstore". Over the past 70 years of his publishing work, he has formed his own unique ideas in topics planning, binding design, management, and so on. These ideas also have certain reference significance to our present publishing work. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part briefly introduces Fan's publishing career. The second part is about the courage to pursue ideological emancipation, the courage to face the historical reality and the humanistic concern for readers. The third part combs out the design idea of binding design for Fan. From three aspects: "layout and the whole design of book content", "the whole design of illustration and content", "the whole design of color", "the whole design and the beauty of harmony", "the idea of book volume and subtraction", "individuality". The concept of "the beauty of cultural connotation and individuality" is explained in the design of binding design from two aspects: "management of author resources", "management of publishing quality" and "management of publishing talents" in 4th. This paper discusses Fan's idea of management in three aspects: "managing author's resources", "having the same cultural pursuit as the author", "respecting the author and his works" and "moving the author with personality charm". "the management of publishing quality" is manifested in the following three aspects: "quality of selected topics", "quality of editing and binding design", "quality of advertisement of books and periodicals", "management of publishers' talent" in "disposition of talents" and "people" Two aspects. Part 5th is the conclusion. It is pointed out that Fan and the publishers of the older generation have a high sense of historical mission, a strong sense of social responsibility and noble professional ethics, which will become the source for successors to draw strength. The publishing concept used by Fan, a contemporary publisher, had a profound impact not only on the Sanlian Bookstore, but also on the publishing industry in China during that period. He paid attention to both the social reality and the humanistic concern when he planned to choose the topic. The author puts forward the idea of "overall design" and "tailoring", as well as the management of author's resources, publishing quality and publishing talents, which still has practical reference value today.
