【摘要】:手机智能搜索软件是帮助用户更便捷的使用手机中存储的联系人、本机功能和文件等服务的应用软件。 目前,随着国内3G网络的普及,物联网的不断建设,手机应用软件的提供商越来越多。苹果公司为我们提供的APP store模式更是为运营商、手机品牌厂商提供了很好的商务模式,使提供应用软件的提供商已经不限于企业,很多开发者直接成为众多应用的直接提供者,直接放到了各种应用商城中。未来应用软件将得到蓬勃的发展,可以给广大用户提供非常丰富的应用。如IPhone的广告中所说,8万个应用。虽然应用越来越多,用户如何找到所需要的应用软件?当本机的应用过多时,即使使用IPhone,也要翻屏才能找到所需要的应用。如何帮助用户快速调用本机功能,准确找到想要的联系人和文件? 手机智能搜索软件将是手机软件的重要组成部分,将会逐步预装到非智能手机、智能手机中,并且通过在线下载版本,让Symbian、WM等手机用户受益。手机智能搜索软件提升手机软件的易用性可以更好地满足客户使用手机的需求、提高手机产品竞争力。手机智能搜索软件的创新点在于,解决用户快速调用本机功能的入口和易理解、易学习、易操作的查找方法。设计依靠的是对其易用性的研究,通过对多个易用性标准的研究确定了提升手机智能搜索软件易用性所要遵照的指标,并以此设计出它的测试用例。通过软件的设计,使易用性度量在其中得到了应用,并得到大量相关经验,总结这些经验,可以使易用性度量更好的应用到其他软件的产品设计中,使他们同样可以得到易用性方面的改进,增加满意度,提升产品竞争力。 手机智能搜索软件目前已经设计并实现了多个平台、不同手机方案(物理9键盘、全键盘、触屏)的产品化,软件在易用性、稳定性均有所提高。本论文主要的工作为:研究并建立了手机智能搜索软件易用性测评指标体系及其测评方法。根据测评指标和测评结果实现了手机智能搜索软件,为金立等几十家手机厂商提供了该产品,使其手机的易用性得到很大提高,增加了用户和手机之间的粘性,也为手机厂商创造了卖点,使得装有智能搜索的软件得以热卖,扩大收益。
[Abstract]:Mobile smart search software is an application software that helps users to use the contacts, local functions and files stored in the mobile phone more conveniently. At present, with the popularization of domestic 3G network and the continuous construction of the Internet of things, there are more and more providers of mobile phone application software. The APP store model provided by Apple for us is also a good business model for operators and mobile phone brand manufacturers. So that the provider of application software is no longer limited to enterprises, many developers directly become the direct provider of many applications, directly into the various application malls. The innovation of mobile phone smart search software lies in its innovation. To solve the user's quick access to the function and easy to understand, easy to learn, easy to operate the search method. Through the research of several usability standards, the indexes to be followed in improving the ease of use of mobile phone intelligent search software are determined, and its test cases are designed. Through the design of software, the usability metrics are applied in them. And get a lot of relevant experience, summing up these experiences, we can make usability metrics better applied to other software product design, so that they can also get ease of use improvement, increase satisfaction, enhance product competitiveness. Mobile phone smart search software has been designed and implemented multiple platforms, different mobile phone solutions (physical 9 keyboard, full keyboard, touch screen) production, the software is easy to use, The main work of this paper is to study and establish the evaluation index system of mobile phone intelligent search software usability and its evaluation method. According to the evaluation index and evaluation results, the mobile phone intelligent search software is realized. Dozens of mobile phone manufacturers, such as Jin Li, have been provided with this product, which has greatly improved the ease of use of their mobile phones, increased the stickiness between users and mobile phones, and created selling points for mobile phone manufacturers, so that software equipped with intelligent search can be sold.
