北京博森广告公司十年发展问题分析及建议

【摘要】：民营经济是民本经济、民生经济,在就业、财政税收、市场秩序建设、社会安定等方面的贡献很大。民营经济发展现在正面临着一个充满挑战的阶段。了解民营经济在发展过程中的困惑,进而提出有针对性的解决方案,这对于促进民营企业的发展,推动国民经济的进步大有裨益。本文选取北京博森广告公司作为调研的样本,通过分析研究,发现中小型民营企业在发展阶段存在的问题并提出相应建议。北京博森广告公司是一家典型的小型民营企业,历经十年的发展已经初具规模,然而在基础管理方面还是存在很多问题。经作者亲身进驻该公司,调查发现该公司在十年的发展过程中存在一些问题,一是企业在发展初期的战略定位不准确和战略思想的缺乏;二是企业主的经营理念过于保守;三是企业在日常管理中存在问题,其中企业文化建设、人力资源管理、营销策略和财务管理是我们探讨的主要方面。本文针对北京博森广告公司在十年发展过程中存在的问题提出了几点建议。一是依据公司和行业现状重新进行战略定位;二是基础科学管理方法的运用并对企业在日常经营管理中存在的问题提出合理的建议;三是对中国中小型民营企业的管理方面提出建议。大力发展民营经济,是党和政府坚定不移的方针。随着国家对民营经济的支持力度和民营经济的发展壮大,民营经济所蕴含的解放生产力、发展生产力的能量必然得到一个更大的释放。本文的特点就是选取的企业是作者曾经供职的公司,对企业的现实情况比较了解,从而能够更加贴近现实地去分析,所提建议也就会具有现实的参考价值。本文采用的分析方法是传统的发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路,脉络比较清晰,由点及面地对我国中小型民营企业的发展提出了一些合理的建议。
[Abstract]:The private economy is the civilian economy, the people's livelihood economy, in the employment, the finance taxation, the market order construction, the social stability and so on aspect contribution is very big. The development of private economy is facing a stage full of challenges. It is of great benefit to understand the puzzlement of private economy in the process of development and put forward targeted solutions to promote the development of private enterprises and promote the progress of national economy. This paper selects Beijing Bousen Advertising Company as the research sample, through the analysis and research, finds the small and medium-sized private enterprise in the development stage existence question and puts forward the corresponding proposal. Beijing Bosen Advertising Company is a typical small private enterprise, after a decade of development has begun to take shape, but there are still many problems in basic management. Through the author's personal presence in the company, it is found that there are some problems in the development of the company during the past ten years, one is the inaccuracy of strategic orientation and the lack of strategic thought in the initial stage of development of the enterprise, the other is that the business idea of the business owner is too conservative. Third, there are problems in the daily management of enterprises, among which the construction of corporate culture, the management of human resources, the marketing strategy and the financial management are the main aspects we discuss. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in the ten-year development of Beijing Bosen Advertising Company. The first is to reposition the strategy according to the current situation of the company and the industry, the second is to apply the basic scientific management method and put forward reasonable suggestions to the problems existing in the daily operation and management of the enterprise. Third, the management of small and medium-sized private enterprises in China put forward suggestions. Vigorously develop the private economy, is the party and the government's unswerving policy. With the support of the state to the private economy and the development of the private economy, the private economy contains the liberation of the productive forces, and the energy of the development of the productive forces is bound to get a greater release. The characteristic of this paper is that the selected enterprise is the company that the author used to work for, so that we can understand the actual situation of the enterprise and analyze it more closely to the reality, and the suggestions will be of practical reference value. The analytical method used in this paper is the traditional method of finding problems, analyzing problems, solving problems, the train of thought is relatively clear, and put forward some reasonable suggestions for the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country from point and surface.
