LED大屏幕扫描控制系统设计

【摘要】: LED大屏幕显示系统是一种综合应用电子技术、光电技术以及控制技术的高科技产品,因具有动态范围广、亮度高、响应速度快、工作性能稳定等特点日渐成为显示媒体中的佼佼者,现已广泛应用于工业、广告、体育赛场、交通等诸多领域。目前,LED显示屏屏体结构和用户要求的显示参数都趋于多样化,而传统的扫描控制系统支持的屏体结构单一,难以满足用户需求,因此,设计一种支持多种屏体结构,满足不同用户要求的扫描控制系统具有很好的应用前景。 本论文设计一套支持多线扫描屏体的扫描控制系统,其分辨率、灰度级以及亮度级均可按用户要求调整。系统以计算机的数字可视化接口(DVI)输出作为数据源,以千兆以太网作为传输媒介,将计算机中的视频图像实时动态的显示在LED大屏幕上。主要内容包括以下几个方面: 1.分析现有的视频数据远距离传输方式及工作原理,设计与千兆以太网进行数据交换的数据收发电路,通过选择正确的传输方式和耦合方式,确定相应的系统参数,保证数据交换的实时性和稳定性。 2.分析视频数据在扫描控制系统中的组织结构以及存储方式,设计以大容量SDRAM为存储器的数据缓存模块,针对SDRAM操作时序的复杂性,应用硬件描述语言实现SDRAM制器,以方便其它逻辑模块对SDRAM的读写操作。 3.分析LED显示屏驱动电路的接口时序,LED显示屏的灰度形成原理以及扫描原理,设计扫描信号产生模块,驱动屏体显示,并使系统支持多亮度级的调节。 4.设计视频数据的组织结构,使系统支持多线扫描屏体,设计数据在缓存模块中的存储方式以及数据读写控制逻辑,使系统更加灵活,能支持多种分辨率以及多灰度级的调整。 所设计的LED大屏幕扫描控制系统,其各模块的仿真和测试结果表明设计达到要求,整个控制系统可驱动多线扫描屏体,并且分辨率,灰度等级和亮度级均可按用户要求进行调整,具有较高的应用价值。
[Abstract]:LED large screen display system is a kind of high technology product which synthetically applies electronic technology, optoelectronic technology and control technology, because of its wide dynamic range, high brightness and fast response speed. The characteristics of stable working performance have become outstanding in the display media, and have been widely used in industry, advertising, sports arena, transportation and many other fields. At present, the screen structure and display parameters of LED display screen tend to be diversified, but the screen structure supported by traditional scanning control system is single, so it is difficult to meet the needs of users. The scanning control system, which meets different user requirements, has a good application prospect. In this paper, a scanning control system supporting multi-line scanning screen is designed. Its resolution, gray level and brightness level can be adjusted according to the user's requirements. The system uses the digital visual interface (DVI) output of the computer as the data source and the gigabit Ethernet as the transmission medium. The video images in the computer are dynamically displayed on the large LED screen in real time. The main elements include the following: 1. This paper analyzes the current remote transmission mode and working principle of video data, designs a data transceiver circuit for data exchange with Gigabit Ethernet, and determines the corresponding system parameters by selecting the correct transmission mode and coupling mode. Ensure the real-time and stability of data exchange. 2. This paper analyzes the organization structure and storage mode of video data in scanning control system, and designs a data buffer module with large capacity SDRAM as memory. Aiming at the complexity of SDRAM operation timing, a SDRAM generator is implemented by using hardware description language. In order to facilitate other logic modules to read and write SDRAM operation. 3. The principle of gray level formation and scanning principle of LED display screen are analyzed, and the generating module of scanning signal is designed to drive the screen body display, and the system supports the adjustment of multi-brightness level. 4. Design the organization structure of video data, make the system support multi-line scanning screen, design the storage mode of data in the buffer module and control logic of data reading and writing, make the system more flexible, can support the adjustment of multi-resolution and multi-gray level. The simulation and test results of each module of the LED large screen scan control system show that the design meets the requirements, and the whole control system can drive the multi-line scanning screen and the resolution. The gray level and luminance level can be adjusted according to the requirements of the user, which has high application value.
