通用企业产品信息发布系统的设计与实现

【摘要】: 随着世界经济全球化、一体化的进程不断加快,市场竞争日趋激烈,新产品的广告宣传成为企业抢占商机的有利手段。传统的报纸、杂志、电视等宣传手段,由于受到各个国家和地区之间各种有形和无形的经济壁垒的限制,使新产品在世界范围内迅速推广和销售受到严重阻碍。而计算机的普及和互联网技术的广泛应用,催生网络经济的迅速崛起和发展,互联网作为目前国际上最广阔也是最方便的信息交互平台,以其信息发布的速度快、信息量大、网页设计灵活多变、不受时间和地域限制而越来越受到用户的亲昧,已经被公认为“第四媒体”。企业如何借助这一现代化的信息载体,宣传企业产品,树立企业形象,已经成为各个企业十分重视的问题。 本文详细阐述了企业产品信息发布系统的概念,并对传统和现有的产品发布形式进行比较分析,提取出企业产品信息发布系统的相同点。并针对企业的产品信息发布需求展开分析,设计并实现了一种基于浏览器/服务器模式,以WEB前后台的方式,以文字、图片和人机对话的形式进行企业产品宣传的通用企业产品信息发布系统。采用ASP技术开发系统平台,实现了发布信息、产品分类展示、企业成功案例展示、用户留言等主要功能。采用Access数据库技术建立了产品信息、用户信息等数据库。 本课题设计开发完成的通用企业产品信息发布系统已正式投入到航天计算机集团公司使用,系统现在使用稳定正常。目前该系统每天的访问量已突破1000个,所取得的年经济效益达数百万元。已经取得预期的效果。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of the world economy, the process of integration is speeding up, and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. The advertising of new products has become a favorable means for enterprises to seize the business opportunities. Traditional propaganda means such as newspapers, magazines, television and so on, are restricted by various tangible and intangible economic barriers between various countries and regions, so that the rapid promotion and sale of new products in the world are seriously hindered. With the popularization of computers and the wide application of Internet technology, the rapid rise and development of network economy has been spawned. As the broadest and most convenient information exchange platform in the world at present, the Internet has a fast speed of information release and a large amount of information. Web page design is flexible, free from time and geographical constraints and increasingly by users, has been recognized as the "fourth media." How to use this modern information carrier to propagate the products and establish the image of the enterprise has become a very important issue for each enterprise. In this paper, the concept of enterprise product information publishing system is described in detail, and the traditional and existing product release forms are compared and analyzed, and the similarities of enterprise product information publishing system are extracted. Based on the analysis of product information release requirements of enterprises, a browser / server model is designed and implemented, which is based on WEB. Picture and man-machine dialogue in the form of corporate product promotion of the general enterprise product information release system. Using ASP technology to develop the system platform, the main functions of publishing information, product classification display, enterprise success case display, user message and so on have been realized. The product information, user information and other databases are established by using Access database technology. The general enterprise product information publishing system, which is designed and developed in this paper, has been formally put into use by Aerospace computer Group Company, and the system is now stable and normal. At present, the system's daily traffic has exceeded 1000, the annual economic benefits of millions of yuan. The desired results have been achieved.
