直下式LED背光模组关键技术研究

【摘要】:直下式LED背光模组广泛应用于液晶电视、平板灯、广告灯箱、警示牌等领域。高性能的直下式LED背光技术尚未十分成熟,如何提高LED背光源性能、实现背光模组混光距离的进一步降低、提高背光模组的亮度均匀性等问题十分关键,进行相关方法的研究具有重要意义。本文对双晶封装形式的LED背光源和背光透镜设计及优化方法进行研究,主要完成的工作如下:(1)对单晶和双晶封装形式封装的背光LED光源器件2835进行稳态热分析和测试,通过两者分析结果的比较,发现双晶较单晶封装形式的2835背光光源具有更好的热学性能。(2)研究双晶封装形式2835背光光源的晶隙对灯珠热学性能的影响,发现双晶封装形式的2835背光光源可以通过控制晶隙得到器件的热阻最小值。(3)对双晶和单晶封装形式2835灯珠的色温进行模拟仿真分析,探讨在相同色温条件下,双晶灯珠的荧光粉特性参数的变化规律。模拟结果显示,要想获得与单晶LED光源相同的色温,双晶LED光源需要增加荧光粉的粒径或者提高荧光粉的密度。(4)研究双晶封装形式2835背光光源的晶隙对灯珠出光量的影响,发现双晶封装形式的LED灯珠可以通过控制晶隙使得LED器件得到最大的光通量值。(5)基于非成像边缘光线理论和自由曲面的剪切法设计原理,设计并优化出一款混光距离为20mm的反射式背光透镜;基于九点测试法,采用面式成像色度计对该透镜应用于32寸直下式LED液晶背光模组时的情形进行测试,测试结果基本满足背光模组对光学性能的主要要求。(6)设计实现均匀矩形光斑的背光透镜,从光形通过透镜整形前后的空间强度分布关系入手,以多组曲线对应的旋转对称透镜在接收面上形成照度均匀的圆形光斑为优化目标,将传统设计方法需要对面型上离散点优化转化为对多组拟合曲线的优化,在一定程度上克服了传统方法由于面型离散点数量庞大而难于优化的问题。
[Abstract]:Straight-down LED backlight module is widely used in LCD TV, flat-panel lamp, advertisement light box, warning sign and so on. The high performance backlight technology of direct-down LED is not very mature. It is very important to improve the performance of LED backlight source, reduce the distance of backlight module and improve the brightness uniformity of backlight module. It is of great significance to study the relevant methods. In this paper, the design and optimization methods of LED backlight and backlight lens in the form of double crystal packaging are studied. The main work is as follows: 1) the steady-state thermal analysis and test of the backlight LED light source device 2835 packaged in single crystal and double crystal package are carried out. By comparing the two results, it is found that the double crystal 2835 backlight source has better thermal properties than the 2835 backlight source with single crystal package.) the influence of the crystal gap of the double crystal package form 2835 backlight source on the thermal properties of the lamp beads is studied. It is found that the 2835 backlight source with double crystal packaging can obtain the minimum thermal resistance of the device by controlling the crystal gap. (3) the color temperature of the double crystal and single crystal package type 2835 lamp beads can be simulated and analyzed, and the same color temperature conditions are discussed. The change rule of phosphor characteristic parameter of double crystal lamp bead. The simulation results show that in order to obtain the same color temperature as the single crystal LED source, the double crystal LED light source needs to increase the particle size of the phosphor or increase the density of the phosphor. It is found that double crystal packaging LED lamp beads can make LED devices get maximum luminous flux value by controlling crystal gap.) based on the theory of non-imaging edge light and the design principle of shearing method of free-form surface, it is found that, A reflective backlight lens with 20mm optical distance is designed and optimized. Based on the nine-point test method, the application of the lens to the 32-inch straight down LED liquid crystal backlight module is tested by using a plane imaging colorimeter. The test results basically meet the main requirements of the backlight module for optical performance. The backlight lens with uniform rectangular spot is designed and realized. The spatial intensity distribution relationship before and after shaping the light form through the lens is introduced. With the objective of forming circular spot with uniform illumination on the receiving surface of the rotating symmetric lens corresponding to the multi-group curve, the traditional design method needs to transform the discrete point optimization on the surface into the optimization of the multi-group fitting curve. To some extent, it overcomes the problem that the traditional method is difficult to optimize because of the large number of surface discrete points.
