延锋伟世通精益制造系统研究

【摘要】: 越来越多的企业发现,在产品、价格乃至广告同质化趋势加剧的今天,单凭产品的独立优势赢得竞争已非常困难。作为世界制造工厂的中国,大量同质化的产品正在同台竞争,而国内消费者不断增长的个性化需求。使得国内的企业,尤其是制造型企业,面临前所未有的挑战。我们如何面对问题,找到万能的钥匙来破解难题呢? 本文先介绍了对于精益生产理论的起源与发展,以及精益生产理论在当前的汽车零部件企业的运用现状。然后结合笔者所在公司的基本情况,分析了企业所处的宏观及微观环境,及阐述了由此产生的企业竞争战略。在进一步战略分解之后,深入研究和详述了如何设计和应用精益制造系统,揭示了企业如何通过精益制造系统的应用来快速提升战略实施能力,进而提升企业竞争能力。最后通过若干个案例,来体现精益生产理论的总体实施,对于实施后相关的问题解决和推广的可行性也做出了论述。 通过精益制造系统的实施,企业在管理实效上获得的实质性的进步,通过采用平衡记分卡、流程再造以及标杆管理等工具使用,不断发现和改进,最终形成融合多种工具标准化的精益制造系统,并逐渐推广于不同子公司使用。本文对于在企业内如何将精益生产理论与竞争战略最佳结合,以及快速有力的实施精益制造系统能起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:More and more enterprises find that it is very difficult to win the competition on the basis of the independent advantage of the product. As a manufacturing plant in the world, China is competing with a large number of homogenized products, while domestic consumers are constantly increasing personalized demand. Domestic enterprises, especially manufacturing enterprises, are facing unprecedented challenges. How do we face the problem and find the master key to solve it? This paper first introduces the origin and development of lean production theory and the current application of lean production theory in automotive parts enterprises. Then combined with the basic situation of the company, this paper analyzes the macro and micro environment of the enterprise, and expounds the competitive strategy of the enterprise. After the further strategy decomposition, how to design and apply lean manufacturing system is studied and detailed in detail, and it is revealed that how to use lean manufacturing system to improve strategy implementation ability quickly, and then to enhance enterprise competitive ability. Finally, through a number of cases to reflect the overall implementation of lean production theory, the feasibility of solving and popularizing the relevant problems after implementation is also discussed. Through the implementation of lean manufacturing system, the enterprise has made substantial progress in management effectiveness, through the use of balanced scorecard, process reengineering and benchmarking management tools, continuous discovery and improvement, Finally, the lean manufacturing system, which integrates the standardization of many tools, is gradually extended to different subsidiary companies. This paper can play a certain reference role in how to combine lean production theory with competitive strategy and how to implement lean manufacturing system quickly and effectively.
