沈阳地铁资源开发策略研究

【摘要】：迈进新的世纪,高新科技日新月异的不断革新,轨道交通事业也在蓬勃发展着。在全国的许多大城市,地铁建设已经成为了一种趋势。作为沈阳地铁的一名员工,我为沈阳成为地铁城市而骄傲,同时也为能够为沈阳地铁的发展做出自己的贡献而自豪。本文将通过对沈阳地铁的了解,结合实际工作经验,对沈阳地铁的资源开发进行研究。 2005年11月18日沈阳地铁一号线正式开工建设,经过5年艰苦卓越的建设,终于在2010年9月27日正式开始了试运营的工作。沈阳地铁一号线全线总长28公里,全线设置22座车站,东起黎明广场站,西至十三号街站。横跨市区,途径中街、太原街、铁西广场等商圈,同时也兼顾经济技术开发区众多大型企业,方便员工日常工作出行。本文针对地铁的资源开发工作进行了分析,着重指出地铁的资源开发作为票务收益外的重要收入来源,同时也是促进地铁事业发展的一项重要工作.就目前的全世界地铁城市的运营情况来看,普遍存在着亏损现象,必须得到政府的资助才能正常的运转。票务收入对于地铁运营来说是一种常规的收入,但是,票务收入出于种种原因无法负担全部的运营成本,这时就需要通过对地铁资源带来的商业资源、广告资源等进行开发,将其中的价值最大化,并为地铁事业带来收益。对地铁的资源开发能够为为地铁事业带来巨大收入的同时,也在不断的助推城市轨道交通事业乃至城市建设的发展,进而不断的促进了整个社会经济的发展。能够在地铁建设之初就对各类地铁资源进行充分的设计和构想,在发挥地铁轨道交通优势的同时,不断的开发地铁能够带给我们的财富,使城市经济乃至全社会不断进步和发展,已经成为热点研究的项目。同时,通过对世界知名城市地铁的地铁资源开发研究,结合沈阳地铁资源开发的现状,对沈阳地铁的房地产资源、商业资源、广告资源等进行了分析和研究,并就以上几个方面提出了相应的开发策略。
[Abstract]:Stepping into the new century, high-tech innovation with each passing day, rail transit industry is booming. Subway construction has become a trend in many big cities throughout the country. As an employee of Shenyang Metro, I am proud of Shenyang becoming a subway city, and also proud of being able to make its own contribution to the development of Shenyang Metro. This paper will study the development of Shenyang subway resources through the understanding of Shenyang Metro, combined with practical work experience. On November 18, 2005, Shenyang Metro Line 1 officially started construction. After five years of construction, the trial operation was officially started on September 27, 2010. Shenyang Metro Line 1 has a total length of 28 km. 22 stations are set up on the whole line, starting from Dawn Square Station in the east and west to No.3 Street Station in the west. Across the city, through the Central Street, Taiyuan Street, Tiexi Square and other business circles, but also take into account the economic and technological development zone many large enterprises, convenient for employees daily work trip. This paper analyzes the development of subway resources, and points out that the development of subway resources is an important source of income in addition to ticket revenue, and is also an important work to promote the development of subway industry. As far as the operation of subway cities in the world is concerned, there is a general phenomenon of loss, which must be supported by the government. Ticket income is a kind of conventional income for subway operation. However, ticket revenue can not afford all the operating costs for various reasons. At this time, it is necessary to develop the commercial resources, advertising resources and so on brought by subway resources. Maximize its value and bring benefits to the subway industry. The development of subway resources can bring huge income for the subway cause, but also constantly promote the development of urban rail transit and even urban construction, and then continuously promote the development of the whole social economy. To be able to fully design and conceive all kinds of subway resources at the beginning of subway construction, to bring into full play the advantages of subway rail transit, and to continuously develop the subway to bring us wealth. Make the city economy and the whole society progress and development, has become a hot research project. At the same time, through the research on subway resources development of famous cities in the world and the current situation of subway resources development in Shenyang, this paper analyzes and studies the real estate resources, commercial resources and advertising resources of Shenyang metro. And put forward the corresponding development strategy for the above several aspects.
