基于USB通讯的雕刻机数控系统设计与开发

【摘要】: 随着PC在工业控制领域的广泛应用,基于PC的开放式数控系统成为一个研究热点。雕刻机作为一种典型的数控产品,在广告制作、模具制造、建筑装饰等行业中有着广阔的市场前景。 本文结合计算机数控雕刻技术的现状和发展趋势,在分析了基于PC的雕刻机数控系统特点、模式和通讯形式的基础上,提出了一种利用“PC+USB2.0+数字脉冲伺服接口卡”的全软件型开放式数控系统体系结构,并完成了系统样机的软硬件设计、开发与测试。 该全软件型雕刻机数控系统利用PC平台强大的运算能力实现数控系统的全部管理与控制功能,包括:程序管理、指令译码、粗插补运算、USB通信、OpenGL仿真和人机界面等;为简化系统与机床控制接口的连接,并获得高速的数据传输能力,系统以CYPRESS公司的EZ-USB FX2LP接口芯片实现PC与数字脉冲伺服接口卡间的USB2.0总线数据传输;与机床控制的接口是一个以大规模可编程逻辑器件FPGA为核心的数字脉冲伺服接口卡,它一方面实现与PC的USB通讯控制,包括EZ-USB数据的读写控制、跨时钟域的数据缓冲FIFO等,另一方面完成机床控制所需的精插补脉冲输出以及其它机床I/O控制功能。本系统具有结构简捷、接线方便、硬件集成度和可靠性高等特点。 系统联调结果表明,该样机系统的功能和性能达到了预期设计要求。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of PC in industrial control field, open CNC system based on PC has become a research hotspot. As a typical numerical control product, engraving machine has broad market prospect in advertisement making, mould manufacturing, building decoration and so on. Combined with the present situation and development trend of the computer numerical control engraving technology, this paper analyzes the characteristics, modes and communication forms of the CNC system of the engraving machine based on PC. This paper presents a software architecture of open CNC system based on PC USB 2.0 digital pulse servo interface card. The hardware and software design, development and test of the prototype are completed. The CNC system of the whole software engraving machine realizes all the management and control functions of the NC system by using the powerful computing ability of PC platform, including: program management, instruction decoding, rough interpolation operation, USB communication, OpenGL simulation and man-machine interface, etc. In order to simplify the connection between the system and the machine tool control interface and obtain the high speed data transmission ability, the system uses the EZ-USB FX2LP interface chip of CYPRESS to realize the USB2.0 bus data transmission between PC and the digital pulse servo interface card. The interface with machine tool control is a digital pulse servo interface card with FPGA as the core. On the one hand, it realizes USB communication control with PC, including read and write control of EZ-USB data, data buffer FIFO across clock domain, etc. On the other hand, the precision interpolation pulse output and the I / O control function of other machine tools are completed. The system has the advantages of simple structure, convenient wiring, high hardware integration and high reliability. The results of system alignment show that the function and performance of the prototype system meet the expected design requirements.
