北宋茶诗的文化蕴涵及其功用研究

【摘要】： 中国人早有饮茶的传统,到了北宋时期,由于社会稳定,国泰民安,茶叶种植面积扩大,因此饮茶之风更为兴盛,许多文人士大夫也都爱饮茶。在此背景下,诗人们创作了大量的咏茶之诗。因此,到了北宋的时候,茶诗和茶文化的发展又达到了一个新的高度。在这个时期,不仅各种茶诗茶词层出不穷,而且各种饮茶风俗和礼仪也普及社会的各个阶层,深入到平民老百姓的日常生活之中,与此同时,各种茶技茶艺更是甚为精致,如点茶斗茶等活动很是流行。这些内容在北宋的茶诗中都有相关记载,可是研究茶史的人却较少研究茶诗。茶诗对茶的描写,特别是对饮茶的描写,是宋诗生活化、细腻化、精致化的一种表现,当时的饮茶之风也是文人生活极度雅致、艺术化、生活化的一种表现,与禅悦之风等息息相关。从茶诗中,我们可以看到当时北宋文人饮茶生活的方方面面。 本论文即以北宋茶诗为研究对象,对北宋茶诗进行全面梳理和分析,通过对其作品进行研究与统计,探讨其形成的文化背景,进而分析其文化内涵,并再现文人饮茶的几种生活场景,然后在此基础上分析其价值功用,论证茶诗对社会文化发展的作用,比如茶诗对传统民俗的流传、人们人生观的影响,茶诗对人民生活质量以及茶产业生产销售等方面的推动作用,进而挖掘对北宋茶诗文化价值功用研究的当代意义。 对北宋茶诗进行研究意义深远。首先,北宋茶诗具有丰富深刻的文化蕴含。一方面,它完整地呈现出北宋文人的饮茶生活,他们借饮茶写诗来抒发志向,与朋友联络感情,通过饮茶激发灵感甚至陶冶情操,调适心情;另一方面,它也传达了北宋诗人的艺术情趣,体现出诗人理性思辨的风格,描绘出清幽闲适的意境。其次,北宋茶诗具有广泛的社会文化价值功用。茶诗中记叙的茶风茶道将传统的习俗生动地流传了下来;茶诗中的禅理包含对人生的感悟,值得我们思考与学习;茶诗中描述的意境诗化了现实的生活;另外,茶诗中也说明了一些养生的功效,利于人们修身养性。再次,北宋茶诗中还展示了当时精美的茶具茶器以及幽美的饮茶环境,这对于当今茶叶相关产业的发展具有极大的借鉴意义。因此,北宋茶诗对当代社会的发展是极为有价值的,对人民生活质量的提高、茶产业的发展以及国际交流都有巨大的推动作用。 本文的创新之处在于:第一,北宋茶诗数量丰富,虽然在对茶诗研究上,前人和学者已经取得了很大成就,但焦点多为茶叶历史、茶叶经济、茶叶科学、茶叶文化以及与文人的关系等方面等方面,很少有见把对茶诗的文化蕴涵与其功用结合起来,深入地从各个方面来研究其对社会发展的作用,并且运用文字与实物对照起来的方法进行论证与探讨的。 第二,本文通过对北宋茶诗的研究,由茶、茶叶文化向茶产业文化延伸,通过对茶诗中记述的茶技茶艺、茶具和饮茶环境等的分析,来向茶产业和相关产业的发展延伸,研究茶具的生产与美感,饮茶环境建设、茶联广告宣传,以及书法、旅游等相关产业的发展问题。通过研究,不仅有利于我们更好地全方面地理解茶诗,而且可以更好地指导实际生活,提高人们的生活品质,多层面地为茶叶企业文化建设作贡献,促进中国传统文化的继承和国际茶文化的交流。
[Abstract]:Chinese people had a tradition of drinking tea. In the Northern Song Dynasty, because of the social stability, the country and the people, the tea planting area was enlarged, so the tea drinking wind was flourishing, and many scholars and literati loved to drink tea. In this context, the poets created a lot of poetry chanting tea. Therefore, the development of Tea Poetry and tea culture reached the time of the Northern Song Dynasty. In this period, not only all kinds of tea poetry have come out, but all kinds of tea customs and etiquette have also been popularized in every class of the society. At the same time, all kinds of tea technology and tea art are more exquisite, such as tea fighting and tea activities are popular. These contents are in the Northern Song Dynasty tea poetry. There are some related records, but the people who have studied the history of tea seldom study the tea poetry. The description of tea, especially the description of tea drinking, is a manifestation of the life of the Song poetry, the exquisite and exquisite. The style of drinking tea at that time is also an expression of extreme elegance, artistry and activation of the literati, which is closely related to the wind of Hyatt and so on.
