基于旅游网站交互功能的访问者行为多时间维度研究
[Abstract]:Using the Alexa ranking and visit query system of different types of domestic travel websites, a set of time series data of visitors' behavior during the day, week and year at different starting times were obtained. In this paper, we study the behavior characteristics of tourist website visitors in multi-time dimension, and pay special attention to the interaction function of tourism website. In this paper, a "multi-time dimension" method for analyzing multi-dimensional time series is presented in order to measure the change of access quantity of several time series periods with a single set of data. Then it explains the possible impact of these behavioral characteristics on the functions of different travel sites. It is found that the increasing homogenization of visitors' behavior during the day mainly occurs in the types of web sites with strong function of communication and organization; The behavior of visitors during the weekend was significantly different from that of information function sites, and the behavior of visitors during the year was different due to the different functions of tourism websites. The phenomenon of peak visits after the festival is closely related to the use of new website functions. The study shows that the mature curve fitted by the traffic activity ratio of: 1 can describe the characteristics of visitors' behavior over time. The comparison between the mature curve and the average curve shows that the deviation of the activity rate .2 the extensive and complicated behavior distribution pattern of visitors is based on the diversification of website requirements and the corresponding prolonged service time of the website. It is precisely the demand for diversity that greatly weakens the traditional law of activity distribution. 3. Find out the diversity of the time distribution of visitors' behavior on tourist websites, and help to implement targeted online product design and service. For the electronic service enterprises to develop electronic commerce, it is helpful to establish the network marketing strategy and the website advertisement setting according to the time distribution diversity demand.
