化妆品包装容器具的设计

【摘要】: 随着国家经济的高速发展,化妆品这一时尚消费品逐渐成为人们生活中的主流产品。浏览琳琅满目、充满着竞争的化妆品销售市场,,形态各异的化妆品包装容器是吸引消费者购买商品的主要因素之一,是化妆品价值体现的重要因素,即使存在大量广告的情况下,化妆品的包装也是极具有说服力的推销员。在购买化妆品时首先引起消费者注意的是外包装。因此,包装设计就被提到了一个十分重要的地位。 本文详细地描述了已经成功上市的某知名品牌的化妆品塑料包装容器的设计研发过程。在研发设计过程的描述中,对塑料包装容器所采用的造型设计、材料选择、加工工艺选择、结构设计进行理论分析,同时说明了塑料包装容器的在每一设计步骤中所使用的设计方法,设计理论,计算方法等。 首先,确定了包装的最终使用要求,对包装的性能要求进行定量的而不是定性的描述。 第二步,通过所收集的信息及消费者测试的结果,确定了造型设计并产生初步的设计草图。 第三步进行了材料的初选及确定加工工艺,在此基础上,利用统计数量化综合法确定了最终材料。 第四步,从加工角度及包装性能的角度上进行结构设计。 最后,详细地阐述了塑料化妆品包装容器的实验验证实方法并通过实验数据得出最后的结论。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, cosmetics, a fashionable consumer goods, have gradually become the mainstream products in people's lives. Looking at the dazzling array of cosmetics, full of competition in the cosmetics sales market, cosmetics packaging containers of different shapes are one of the main factors that attract consumers to buy goods, as well as important factors reflecting the value of cosmetics. Even if there are a large number of advertisements, cosmetics packaging is very persuasive salesman. The first thing that attracts consumers' attention when buying cosmetics is outer packing. Therefore, packaging design has been raised to a very important position. This paper describes in detail the design and development process of a famous brand cosmetic plastic packaging container. In the description of R & D design process, the modeling design, material selection, processing technology selection and structure design of plastic packaging container are analyzed theoretically. At the same time, the design method, design theory and calculation method used in each design step of plastic packaging container are explained. First, the final use requirements of packaging are determined, and the performance requirements of packaging are described quantitatively rather than qualitatively. The second step, through the information collected and the results of the consumer test, the modeling design is determined and a preliminary design sketch is generated. In the third step, the primary selection of materials and the determination of processing technology are carried out. On the basis of this, the final materials are determined by statistical quantitative synthesis method. The fourth step, from the processing angle and packaging performance angle to carry on the structure design. Finally, the experimental verification method of plastic cosmetics packaging container is described in detail and the final conclusion is obtained by experimental data.
