【摘要】：电商时代的到来和租赁成本的增长使实体书店面临着前所未有的生存困境,因此越来越多书店开始转型,告别单一的经营模式,逐渐向综合性的休闲文化空间发展。现在的实体书店已逐渐成为一座城市文化底蕴的体现、文化视野的打开和社交空间的延伸。本文通过对目前新型书店、二手书店的调查分析研究,发现旧书依然是被忽略的部分。俗话说的“好酒是陈酿好,书是旧籍珍”,二手书、旧书仍有着重要的作用和价值,如节约环保、历史的物化与传承、书籍本身的价值等等。在此背景下,本次书店的设计结合对此项目的地址环境和目标人群的分析,以二手书的“旧”为出发点,充分挖掘“旧”的特色。以节约环保为书店的设计理念,最大限度的使用环保、再生、二手等材料进行空间的划分、室内景观的营造。以怀旧情怀为设计风格,通过室内装饰材料的选择、色彩的搭配、家具与陈设的选择营造独具特色的怀旧空间。用旧书、旧物、旧材料在传达节约环保消费理念与阅读习惯的同时满足不同年龄层次人们的怀旧情怀,给人耳目一新的感觉。
[Abstract]:With the advent of e-commerce era and the increase of rental costs, the entity bookstores are facing unprecedented survival difficulties, so more and more bookstores begin to transform and bid farewell to a single business model. Gradually to the comprehensive leisure cultural space development. Now the physical bookstore has gradually become the embodiment of a city's cultural heritage, the opening of cultural horizons and the extension of social space. The investigation and analysis of second-hand bookstores found that old books are still neglected. As the saying goes, "good wine is good wine, books are old native treasures", second-hand books and old books still play an important role and value, such as conservation and environmental protection. Historical materialization and inheritance, the value of the book itself and so on. In this context, this bookstore design combined with the project address environment and target population analysis, to second-hand books "old" as the starting point. Fully tap the characteristics of "old". To save environmental protection as the design concept of the bookstore, maximize the use of environmental protection, regeneration, second-hand materials for space division, indoor landscape construction. Nostalgia for the design style. Through the choice of interior decoration materials, color collocation, furniture and furnishings to create unique nostalgia space. With old books, old objects. The old materials convey the idea of saving environmental protection and reading habits while satisfying the nostalgia of people of different ages and give people a fresh feeling.
