植草混凝土试验及其在小河流护坡中的应用

【摘要】:随着科学技术和经济飞速发展,人类的生活、生产等活动破坏了原始的生态循环,并造成水资源匮乏,洪涝灾害,水质污染,以及河流湖泊退化等诸多水问题。在诸多水问题面前,各种基础水利工程建设试图使河流生态系统适应人类的活动。以河道排洪方面来说,传统水利工程排水模式大多属于简单粗暴的快排式思想,只考虑如何让洪水排得越快、越通畅,原始生态河道被裁弯取直,加上裸露而硬质的浆砌石、干砌石等水泥河道护岸,使得河流蓄水、渗水的能力减弱,阻隔了河流与生态陆地的水循环;而且,在外观上,这类质密、硬质材料护坡给人“生冷、坚硬”的感觉,与周边自然景观一点都不协调。也不符合国家近几年提出的“人与自然和谐相处”的正确生态治理理念。因此,新型环保护岸材料是生态河道治理的必然趋势。本文以设计孔隙率为目标值,采用体积法对其配合比进行了大量的实验,并按其设计的不同配合比制备植草混凝土试块,测定其抗压、抗折、抗冲刷强度、孔隙率、pH值和植生等性能,通过对相关试验结果的分析,得出影响其力学性能、pH值和植生等因素。试验结果表明,液固比、骨料级配粒径和含砂率是影响植草混凝土强度和孔隙率大小的主要因素:生态混凝土的抗压、抗折、抗冲刷强度随着液固比和骨料粒径的增大而减小,而孔隙率则随之增大;胶凝浆体的用量与植草混凝土与孔隙率为负相关的线性关系,其线性关系为P=32.515-0.022Wj,R2=0.985,而且当胶凝浆体的量在520~560kg/m3,实测孔隙率为20%~21%,与目标孔隙率20%相比偏差较小,28d试块强度为7~8MPa,能满足小河流治理中对混凝土护坡强度的要求。通过分析以上各因素对植草混凝土各性能影响,得出植草混凝土的最佳配合比为:1m3植草混凝土中骨料级配为15~30mm的碎石用量1480kg,河砂用量150~200kg,水泥用量205~235kg,硅粉用量15kg,SR-4用量3L以上,水用量100~110L;按其配比制备的植草混凝土的28d抗压、抗折、抗冲刷强度分别为8.75Mp、3.05Mp、0.17,孔隙率为24%,pH值为8.25,符合小河流治理中对相关性能指标的要求。针对河道护岸的具体要求,试验分析选择了适用于江西省境内草种种类、适生材料的配比以及填充方式,并进行了多次最佳配合比条件下的植草混凝土的植生试验,灌注以合适的适生材料,植物能够很好生长在植草混凝土护坡上。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and economy, human life, production and other activities destroyed the original ecological cycle, and caused water scarcity, flood disasters, water pollution. In the face of many water problems, the construction of various basic water conservancy projects tries to adapt the river ecosystem to human activities. The traditional drainage mode of water conservancy works mostly belongs to the simple and rough idea of quick discharge, only considering how to make the flood discharge faster and more unobstructed, the original ecological river is cut and bent straight, and the exposed and hard masonry is added. Dry masonry and other cement river bank protection, make the river water storage, water seepage capacity weakened, blocking the river and ecological land water cycle; Moreover, in appearance, this kind of dense, hard material slope protection gives people "cold, hard" feeling. It is not in harmony with the surrounding natural landscape at all. It is also not in line with the correct ecological governance concept of "harmonious coexistence between man and nature" put forward by the country in recent years. The new environmental protection material is the inevitable trend of ecological river treatment. This paper takes the design porosity as the target value and carries out a lot of experiments on its mix ratio by volume method. And according to the different mix ratio of its design to prepare grass planting concrete test block, determine its compressive, bending, scour strength, porosity and pH value and planting properties, through the analysis of the related test results. The influence factors such as pH value and phytogenesis are obtained. The results show that the liquid-solid ratio. Aggregate gradation particle size and sand content are the main factors affecting the strength and porosity of grass planting concrete: the compression, bending and scour resistance of ecological concrete decrease with the increase of liquid-solid ratio and aggregate particle size. The porosity increases with it. The linear relationship between the amount of cement and grass planting concrete and porosity is linear, and the linear relationship is 32.515-0.022 WJN R2O 0.985. Moreover, when the amount of cement paste is 520 ~ 560kg / m ~ (3), the measured porosity is 20 ~ 21 and the deviation is smaller than that of the target porosity 20%. The strength of the specimen is 7 ~ 8 MPA in 28 days compared with the target porosity 20%. It can meet the requirements of concrete slope protection strength in small river management. Through the analysis of the above factors on the performance of grass planting concrete. The results show that the optimum mix ratio of grass planting concrete is 1480kg of aggregate gradation of 1530mm and 150kg of river sand. The dosage of cement was 205 ~ 235kg, the dosage of silica powder was 15kg / s SR-4 > 3L, the dosage of water was 100 ~ 110L; The 28d compressive strength, flexural strength and scour resistance strength of grass planting concrete prepared according to its ratio are 8.75 Mp1 3.05 MpU 0.17, and the porosity is 24 and pH is 8.25. According to the specific requirements of river revetment, the species of grass species, the proportion of suitable materials and the filling method are selected. The experiment of planting grass concrete under the condition of optimum mix ratio was carried out. The plant could grow well on the slope of grass planting concrete by pouring suitable materials.
