东北地区住宅建筑适宜性生态技术设计研究

【摘要】：我国正处于全面建成小康社会的重要战略机遇期,随着城镇化进程的不断加快,建筑所消耗的能源占社会总能耗中的比例也越来越大,给资源和生态环境造成了巨大的压力。面对这些急需解决的问题,作为城镇人口载体的住宅建筑必须用生态的观点进行指导,在设计的初始阶段就要统筹规划,根据当地的现实情况采取适宜的生态技术,以减少能源的消耗,改善人们的居住环境。本论文研究的是东北地区住宅建筑的适宜性生态技术设计策略。东北地区有着特定的自然环境,因此在设计以及建造住宅的过程中需要采用适宜的生态技术手段。本论文从宏观、中观、微观三个层面探寻了东北地区住宅建筑从传统向现代转变的特点,挖掘了当地传统民居的生态技术经验,并在此基础上,找出了现代住宅所需求的生态模式:针对这些需求,在合理的借鉴当地传统民居生态技术经验的基础上,通过学习国内外相关领域的先进技术和理论,分析总结出适合东北地区特点的现代住宅生态技术设计策略,包括建筑与环境的融合,群体的组合,围护结构的节能保温,绿色材料的使用等,为该地区住宅建筑的生态设计提供一些科学合理的方法和依据,使人居环境更加美好,实现住宅建筑的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:China is in an important strategic opportunity period to build a well-off society in an all-round way. With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the energy consumed by the construction takes up more and more of the total energy consumption of the society. In the face of these urgent problems, the residential building as the carrier of urban population must be directed from the ecological point of view, and it is necessary to plan as a whole in the initial stage of the design. Appropriate ecological technologies should be adopted to reduce energy consumption according to local realities. To improve the living environment of people. This paper studies the suitable ecological technology design strategy of residential buildings in Northeast China. There is a special natural environment in Northeast China. Therefore, in the design and construction of housing need to use appropriate ecological technology means. This paper from the macro, meso, micro three levels to explore the Northeast from the traditional to modern residential architecture characteristics. The ecological technology experience of the local traditional residence is excavated, and on this basis, the ecological model of the modern residence is found: in view of these needs, the ecological technology experience of the local traditional residence is reasonably used for reference. By studying the advanced technology and theory of related fields at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and sums up the design strategies of modern residential ecological technology suitable for the characteristics of Northeast China, including the integration of architecture and environment, and the combination of groups. The energy conservation and insulation of enclosure structure and the use of green materials provide some scientific and reasonable methods and basis for ecological design of residential buildings in this area, so as to make the living environment more beautiful and realize the sustainable development of residential buildings.
