中学语文课堂管理存在的问题及应对策略研究

【摘要】：中学语文课堂管理作为整个中学语文教学的重要组成部分,具有很高的研究价值与研究意义。本研究立足于“中学语文课堂管理存在的问题及应对策略”,运用文献资料法、例证分析法、归纳总结法等具体的研究方法,对中学语文课堂管理中存在的问题以及中学语文课堂管理有效的应对策略的实施等问题进行具体的研究并阐释说明,其中主要内容包括以下几个方面:首先,文章在绪论部分阐述了课堂管理在中学语文教学中的重要地位、研究的目的与方法、研究的理论与实践意义进行分析说明,为研究的顺利展开提供了一定的实际基础。论文的第一章,对相关概念进行了阐述,其中包括课堂管理、语文课堂管理、中学教师课堂管理能力的构成要素这三个方面。第二章主要对中学语文课堂管理中所存在的问题进行探究分析,其中包括教学主体自由与课堂有序的矛盾、教学环境的单调性与课堂流程的形式化、课堂有效性评价的传统性与片面化、语文课堂管理艺术的缺失等具体问题,并对这些问题的形成原因进行了分析探究。第三章,文章的最后一部分也是本文的核心部分,从营造综合育人的和谐课堂环境、形成有效的互动型教学参与主体关系、多元化课堂教学管理模式的构建、形成科学有效的课堂管理评价体系等方面,对中学语文课堂教学管理中存在的问题提出针对性的解决方案。总之,本文对中学语文课堂管理中存在的问题及应对策略等问题作了系统的阐释说明,对我们目前中学语文课堂教学工作的顺利开展,尤其是课堂管理方面具有一定的指导性。
[Abstract]:As an important part of middle school Chinese teaching, middle school Chinese classroom management has high research value and significance. The concrete research methods, such as example analysis method, inductive summary method and so on, carry on the concrete research and explanation to the problems existing in the middle school Chinese classroom management and the implementation of the effective coping strategy of the middle school Chinese classroom management. The main contents include the following aspects: firstly, in the introduction part, the paper expounds the important position of classroom management in the middle school Chinese teaching, the purpose and method of the research, and the theoretical and practical significance of the research. For the smooth development of the study provides a certain practical basis. The first chapter of the paper, the related concepts are described, including classroom management, language classroom management, The second chapter mainly analyzes the problems existing in the middle school Chinese classroom management, including the contradiction between the teaching subject freedom and the classroom order. The monotonicity of teaching environment and the formalization of classroom flow, the traditional and one-sided evaluation of classroom effectiveness, the lack of art of Chinese classroom management, and the causes of these problems are analyzed and explored. The last part of the article is also the core part of this paper, from creating the harmonious classroom environment of comprehensive education, forming the effective interactive teaching participation main body relation, the construction of the diversified classroom teaching management mode. Form a scientific and effective evaluation system of classroom management, and put forward targeted solutions to the problems existing in the management of Chinese teaching in middle schools. This paper makes a systematic explanation of the problems existing in the middle school Chinese classroom management and the corresponding strategies, which is helpful to the smooth development of Chinese classroom teaching in middle schools, especially in the field of classroom management.
