“关联耦合”思想在旧城空间更新中的设计研究

【摘要】：旧城更新在城市设计范畴的主要工作是从城市功能、城市空间、景观环境、交通现状等各个城市要素方面去改善更新城市,使其在保持自身地域特色的同时适应时代的发展要求。在这个过程中,旧城中的各要素处于被动的“待拆除”状态,很多在旧城的基础上建设起来的“新”城市,虽然旧城文脉、城市印记、历史环境等要素得到了保留,但其分布离散,姿态孤立,无法和城市其他空间要素构成完整的城市空间结构。这些旧城保留要素要么是被文物般的隔离起来,要么是在开发商的“不懈努力”下最终还是为城市的发展建设做出了牺牲。同时,旧城更新建设新置入的城市要素,也由于和旧城空间要素之间没有协调融合,从而成为无序的组合或是混乱的拼凑,大都各自为阵,缺乏联系。这种城市要素之间支离破碎的关系,不但降低了整个城市的运作效率,也造成城市空间结构和城市空间形态整体性和特色的丧失。本论文将上述当前我国旧城现代化更新中出现的城市空间要素问题概括为旧城空间要素的碎片化、离散化、繁杂化及无序化问题,试图运用城市设计中的“关联耦合”思想从点、线、域、网四个层面去研究城市空间要素整合问题。论文第一章介绍了研究缘起和当前我国旧城更新的现实背景,提出了研究的问题,阐述了研究目的及意义,简介了国内外相关研究现状,并总结了论文整体结构框架和研究方法;第二章针对我国旧城更新的发展及特点进行了简述和概括,分别从功能、交通、空间三个方面探讨归纳我国旧城更新的现状问题。第三章阐述了“关联耦合”思想的发展,并通过资料阅读、案例分析及调研思考总结出了“关联耦合”思想的特点及其基本构成;第四章将“关联耦合”思想的特性运用到旧城更新的空间要素整合中,使其特性与旧城空间要素存在的问题进行对应匹配,分析旧城空间要素的组成、整合旧城空间要素的关联耦合线索及旧城空间要素的耦合模式;第五章分别从点、线、域、网四个层面提出运用“关联耦合”思想进行旧城空间要素整合的策略,并对旧城空间要素在城市整体空间中的关联耦合提出策略;第六章以合川凉亭片区旧城更新项目为实例,运用“关联耦合”思想解决旧城空间要素整合问题。第七章重申研究的结论并对不足之处作出自我总结。
[Abstract]:The main work of old city renewal in the field of urban design is to improve and renew the city from the aspects of urban function, urban space, landscape environment, traffic status and so on. In this process, the elements of the old city are in a passive "pending demolition" state, and many "new" cities have been built on the basis of the old cities. Although the cultural context, urban imprint, historical environment and other elements of the old city have been preserved, its distribution is discrete and its posture is isolated. It is impossible to form a complete urban spatial structure with other urban spatial elements. These old city retention elements are either isolated as cultural relics, Either the developers'"unremitting efforts" eventually made sacrifices for the development and construction of the city. At the same time, the old city renewal and construction of the new urban elements, but also due to the lack of coordination and integration between the elements of the old city space, As a result, it becomes a disordered combination or a chaotic patchwork, most of which are separate and lack of connection. This fragmented relationship between urban elements not only reduces the efficiency of the operation of the whole city, It also causes the loss of the integrity and characteristics of the urban spatial structure and the urban spatial form. In this paper, the problems of urban spatial elements in the modernization and renewal of the old cities are summarized as the fragmentation and discretization of the urban spatial elements. This paper tries to use the idea of "associative coupling" in urban design from point, line and domain. Chapter one introduces the origin of the research and the realistic background of the renewal of the old cities in our country, puts forward the problems of the research, and expounds the purpose and significance of the research. In chapter two, the development and characteristics of the old city renewal in our country are briefly described and summarized, respectively from the function, traffic, traffic, and so on. The third chapter expounds the development of the idea of "correlation coupling", and through the reading of the data, it discusses the current situation of the renewal of the old cities in China from three aspects of space. Case analysis and investigation and thinking summarize the characteristics and basic composition of the thought of "associative coupling". Chapter 4th applies the characteristics of the thought of "associative coupling" to the integration of the spatial elements of the old city renewal. Make its characteristic match with the existing problems of the old city space element, analyze the composition of the old city space element, integrate the connection coupling clue of the old city space element and the coupling mode of the old city space element. Chapter 5th respectively from the point, the line, the domain, The four aspects of the network put forward the strategy of integrating the spatial elements of the old city with the idea of "associative coupling", and put forward the strategy of the correlation coupling of the spatial elements of the old city in the whole city space. Chapter 6th takes the old city renewal project of the Hechuan Liangting district as an example. Chapter 7th restates the conclusions of the study and summarizes the shortcomings of the study by using the idea of "associative coupling" to solve the problem of the integration of spatial elements in the old city.
