福州市温泉公园声景观设计研究

【摘要】：随着经济社会的快速发展,人们生活水平的逐步提高,人们对生活环境越来越重视,特别是在相对发达的城市,公园绿地建设如火如茶。人的体验是视觉、听觉、嗅觉等多感官的统一的综合的感知过程,然而在城市公园的规划设计中,人们偏重于视觉景观的营造,却往往忽视了听觉景观、嗅觉景观、味觉景观、触觉景观等的作用。声景观的运用其实由来已久,从古代的"芭蕉听雨"、"万壑松涛"到文艺复兴的"水风琴"、"水剧场",再到现代巴黎雪铁龙公园中的"听觉园",人们的探索从未止步,但是仍没有形成完整的理论体系,也少有为人所知的声景观作品。本文通过整理相关文献资料,总结国内外声景观发展现状,了解声景观的发展进程、研究成果和存在的不足,确定了研究方向。对于声景观的理论解析,总结了声景观的概念、特性、构成要素和声音的分类;阐释了声景观与噪声的关系,声景观的相关理论。声景观的理论解析为声景观结合城市公园的设计奠定了理论基础。本文分析总结了城市公园的涵义、城市公园声景观的特性和作用;城市公园声景观的以人为本、保护优先、综合协调、因地制宜的设计原则;从现状分析到规划设计,再到运营管理的设计步骤;从单一的声音、声音载体到整体的声音环境的设计层次;运用自然要素、文化要素、人工要素等进行正、负、零设计的设计方法。城市公园声景观设计的研究成为了温泉公园的案例实践导则。本文通过调研场地基本概况,进行声景观主观评价实验,总结了温泉公园声景观的现状及问题。基本概况分析了区位条件、自然条件、园内景观格局、上位规划等内容。主观评价实验借助评分法和语义微分法对温泉公园进行了整体评价和分区评价,得到了人们对温泉公园整体声景观的关注程度、满意程度、协调程度、趣味程度、特色程度等的评价和对各分区的主观感受。在二者的基础上,得出了温泉公园自然声景观、生活声景观、人工声景观和历史文化声景观的现状及问题。温泉公园的声景观设计,首先,得出了温泉公园声景观设计的目标、理念、定位、策略、依据等导则;其次,对温泉公园进行了平面布局、声景分区、交通流线等的总体设计;再次,对声景观相关的声音、植物、水体、铺装、高程等进行专项设计;最后,将温泉公园分为自然声景区、休闲游憩声景区、娱乐运动声景区、历史文化声景区,综合运用各种声景元素进行各主要节点的详细设计。本文通过研究理论基础结合案例实践,将声景观运用到公园设计中,以期唤起人们对声景观的关注和重视,为城市公园带来新的活力,让人们感受声景观带来的全新体验,对今后声景观的规划设计起到一定的借鉴作用和指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society and the gradual improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to the living environment, especially in relatively developed cities, the construction of park green space is like tea. But in the planning and design of urban parks, people pay more attention to the construction of visual landscape, but often ignore the auditory landscape, smell landscape, taste landscape, The role of tactile landscape and so on. The use of sound landscape has a long history. From ancient "plantain listening to rain", "Wanhe Songtao" to the Renaissance's "Water Organ", "Water Theater" and to the Modern Paris Citroen Park "auditory Park", people's exploration has never stopped, but still has not formed a complete theoretical system. This paper summarizes the current situation of sound landscape development at home and abroad, understands the development process of sound landscape, research results and shortcomings. For the theoretical analysis of acoustic landscape, the concept, characteristics, elements and classification of sound landscape are summarized, and the relationship between sound landscape and noise is explained. The theoretical analysis of the sound landscape lays a theoretical foundation for the combination of the sound landscape and the design of the city park. This paper analyzes and summarizes the meaning of the city park, the characteristics and functions of the sound landscape of the city park; The design principle of the sound landscape of the city park is people-oriented, protection first, comprehensive coordination, local conditions; from the current situation analysis to the planning and design, and then to the design steps of operation management; from a single voice, The design level of sound carrier into the overall sound environment; using natural elements, cultural elements, artificial elements, etc., to carry out positive, negative, etc. The design method of zero design. The study of urban park acoustic landscape design has become the practice guide of the hot spring park case. This paper carries on the subjective evaluation experiment of the acoustic landscape through investigating the basic situation of the site. This paper summarizes the present situation and problems of the sound landscape of the hot spring park, analyzes the location conditions, the natural conditions, the landscape pattern of the garden, The subjective evaluation experiment has carried on the overall evaluation and the division appraisal to the hot spring park by the aid of the score method and the semantic differentiation method, has obtained the attention degree, the satisfaction degree, the coordination degree to the whole sound landscape of the hot spring park. On the basis of the evaluation of the degree of interest, the degree of characteristic and the subjective feeling of each district, the natural sound landscape and the living sound landscape of the hot spring park are obtained. The present situation and problems of artificial sound landscape and historical and cultural sound landscape. The sound landscape design of hot spring park, first, the goal, idea, location, strategy and basis of sound landscape design of hot spring park are obtained; secondly, The overall design of the hot spring park is carried out on the plane layout, sound scene partition, traffic streamline and so on. Thirdly, the special design of sound landscape related sound, plant, water body, pavement, elevation and so on is carried out. Finally, the hot spring park is divided into natural sound scenic spots. The detailed design of each main node is carried out by comprehensive use of various sound scene elements, including leisure and recreation sound scenic spot, entertainment sports sound spot, historical and cultural sound scenic spot. In this paper, the sound landscape is applied to the park design through the research of theoretical foundation and case practice. In order to arouse people's attention and attention to the sound landscape, bring new vitality to the city park, let people feel the new experience brought by the sound landscape, and play a certain reference and guiding significance to the planning and design of the sound landscape in the future.
