【摘要】：21世纪以来,人类的生活方式和工作方式受信息化的影响很大,人们经济水平和审美素养的提高,对办公空间的创新与体验上提出了更高的要求。不过,现代办公空间普遍存在着形式单一、景观界面变化少、区域独立缺乏交往等问题。针对上述现状,为体现办公空间的人文与自然特色,将植物引入室内空间的设计上,借鉴古园林和景观的设计手法,在人工环境中建立人与自然的联系,打破传统的纯事务性的空间使用模式,创造一种适应现代雇员办公性质的空间形态和布局,实现办公空间的自然化、健康化、情感化的目的。通过案例分析、调查访问和资料搜集、归纳对比的方法,汲取案例设计中的典型性、概念性、前瞻性,满足人们对办公环境健康性、人性化的需求。借鉴优秀的设计案例,为济南历下区旧钢铁厂厂房景观化办公空间的设计提供依据和思维启发,最终打造出一个独具济南地方特色的空间设计品牌。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the way of life and work of human beings have been greatly influenced by information technology. The improvement of people's economic level and aesthetic literacy has put forward higher demands on the innovation and experience of office space. There are many problems in modern office space, such as single form, little change of landscape interface, lack of communication among regions, etc. In view of the above situation, in order to reflect the humanistic and natural characteristics of office space, plants are introduced into the design of indoor space. Drawing lessons from the design techniques of ancient gardens and landscape, establishing the connection between man and nature in artificial environment, breaking the traditional space usage mode of pure routine, creating a space form and layout suitable for the nature of modern employees' office. To achieve the purpose of naturalization, health and emotion of office space. Through case analysis, investigation visits and data collection, the methods of summing up and comparing, drawing on the typical, conceptual and forward-looking aspects of the case design, To meet the needs of people for the health and humanization of office environment. Drawing on the excellent design cases, the paper provides the basis and thinking inspiration for the design of the landscaped office space of the old steel factory building in Lixia District of Jinan. Finally create a unique Jinan local characteristics of the space design brand.
