基于J2EE的环境突发事件应急响应系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:近些年来,生态环境问题越来越受到人们的关注,而环境突发事件更是引人注目,因为它的突发性、多变性和危害性造成的危害巨大,不仅影响了人们正常的生活,而且严重的破坏了生态环境。因此国内外学者对处理环境突发事件的研究从未停歇,其中如何建立高效的应急响应系统帮助人们指挥和处理环境突发事件是研究的重点之一。本论文设计的应急响应系统以提高应急响应速度,优化指挥调度及实现信息化办公为基本目标。系统根据大理州洱海流域保护局的应急响应机制,结合国内外对应急响应系统及应急响应机制等方面的研究,通过分析大理州洱海流域保护局对应急响应系统的需求,从而完成功能开发。系统采用B/S架构,MVC编程思想,J2EE应用平台,SSH2框架和HTML、CSS、JavaScript等前端开发技术,设计了指挥调度模块、应急预案模块、信息报告模块、事件公告模块、事件归档模块和系统管理模块,完成了大理州洱海流域保护局的应急响应系统的开发工作。其中对人员调度和应急物资调度问题进行分析并建立了数学模型,优化了指挥调度,大大提高了应急响应速度。最后经过系统测试分析,解决了系统中存在的问题。
[Abstract]:In recent years, people pay more and more attention to ecological environmental problems, and environmental emergencies are even more noticeable, because of its sudden, variability and harm caused by the great harm, not only affected the normal life of people.And serious damage to the ecological environment.Therefore, scholars at home and abroad have never stopped to deal with environmental emergencies, among which how to establish an efficient emergency response system to help people command and deal with environmental emergencies is one of the key points of the research.The basic goal of the emergency response system designed in this paper is to improve the emergency response speed, optimize the command and dispatch, and realize the information office.According to the emergency response mechanism of Erhai River Basin Protection Bureau of Dali prefecture, combined with the research on emergency response system and emergency response mechanism at home and abroad, the requirement of emergency response system of Erhai River Basin Protection Bureau in Dali prefecture is analyzed.In order to complete the function development.The system adopts the B / S structure and MVC programming thought and the front-end development technology of J2EE application platform, such as SSH2 framework and HTML / CSSU JavaScript, and designs command and dispatch module, emergency plan module, information report module, event announcement module, event archiving module and system management module.The development of emergency response system of Erhai River Basin Protection Bureau in Dali Prefecture has been completed.The problem of personnel scheduling and emergency material scheduling is analyzed and a mathematical model is established to optimize the command and scheduling and greatly improve the emergency response speed.Finally, through the system test and analysis, solve the existing problems in the system.
