准能公司环境保护部档案管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：档案管理是每个企业必不可少的重点工作之一,档案管理涉及企业的重要信息、资料等内容,需要安全、高效、无误的管理,利用信息化技术建设档案管理系统能解决长期存在的档案存储不足的管理问题;同时,大大降低档案的检索与利用的难度,使得相关工作人员的工作量很大程度的减少,在一定程度上降低了现有的经营支出,有助于合理的控制生产成本;相对主观性的人为失误也是起着重要的抑制作用,不仅便利了工作的通畅与顺捷,还大大缩短了时间提高了效率。受档案管理自身积极复杂且特殊的特性局限,我国并没有成形的档案管理信息系统,而国内企业更多的是借助人力来进行档案管理,无法达到智能且信息化的管理成效,以致于企业的档案问题不断,对于根源也是无从下手,无从查起。结合神华准能公司环保部门的档案管理现状及特点,本文将新鲜的互联网模式运用其中来提升现有档案管理的信息化与智能化程度,并借助SSI理论模式与技术的特长,因地制宜的提升现有档案管理的容纳性与重复利用度,在平衡两者使用的过程中从而实现高效率快节奏的工作效率,保障信息的真实有效性。探讨与剖析该公司环保部门的档案管理现状是本文的出发点,也是重头部分。在了解与对比国内外档案管理现状的基础上,便于本文从实际出发,实事求是的为完善该公司的档案管理设计可靠的管理计划,就实际而言这需要对神华准能公司的环境保护部门所需要的档案管理系统进行如下步骤安排,首先是用户需求分析,并在了解和分析用户使用习惯的基础上,再来设计该公司档案管理体系,接下来着手分析档案管理的细节过程来优化完善模块功能,如档案前期的收集与管理、中期的利用与维护,后期的用户管理等。通过对系统设计及实现部分的分析,神华准能公司环境保护部门档案管理系统自运用开始便具备一定的实效作用,不仅能够公企业加快自身的信息化,还可以发挥更多的实用性价值。
[Abstract]:File management is one of the most important tasks in every enterprise. It involves the important information and information of the enterprise, and needs to be managed safely, efficiently and unmistakably. The use of information technology to build archives management system can solve the long-term problem of insufficient file storage, at the same time, greatly reduce the difficulty of file retrieval and utilization, so that the workload of related staff is greatly reduced. To a certain extent, it reduces the existing operating expenses and helps to control production costs reasonably. Human error, which is relatively subjective, also plays an important role in restraining it, which not only facilitates the smooth and smooth operation of the work, It also greatly shortens the time and improves the efficiency. Limited by the active and complex and special characteristics of archives management, there is no formed archives management information system in our country. However, more domestic enterprises rely on manpower to carry out file management, which can not achieve intelligent and information management results. As a result, the enterprise file problem, to the root is also unable to start, no way to find out. Combined with the current situation and characteristics of the archives management in the environmental protection department of Shenhua Zhongneng Company, this paper applies the fresh Internet model to enhance the information and intelligence of the existing archives management, and makes use of the SSI theory model and technology. According to the local conditions, we can improve the tolerance and reuse of the existing archives management, and realize the high efficiency and fast rhythm work efficiency in the process of balancing the use of the two, so as to ensure the true validity of the information. It is the starting point and important part of this paper to discuss and analyze the present situation of the environmental protection department of the company. On the basis of understanding and comparing the present situation of archives management at home and abroad, it is convenient for this paper to design reliable management plan for perfecting the archives management of the company from the point of view of reality and seeking truth from facts. In practice, this requires the following steps to be arranged for the file management system required by Shenhua's environmental protection department. First, the user needs analysis, and on the basis of understanding and analyzing the user's usage habits, Then design the company's archives management system, and then start to analyze the details of the file management process to optimize and improve the module functions, such as the pre-file collection and management, medium-term use and maintenance, later user management, and so on. Through the analysis of the system design and implementation, the archives management system of the environmental protection department of Shenhua Zhongneng Company has a certain practical effect from the beginning, not only can the public enterprises speed up their own informatization, It can also play more practical value.
