景区道路“二改一”设计关键技术研究

【摘要】:随着公路总里程数的不断增加,我国交通拥挤状况得到了有效缓解,但许多已建成公路面临着运输能力不足及病害多发问题,而通过公路改扩建,能很好地解决上述问题。我国的高速公路改扩建技术已相对趋于成熟,相关研究成果亦较多,但对于二级及以下公路改扩建工程研究则较少,而我国早期的景区道路多为二级及以下公路,此类道路改扩建工程设计,除面临常规公路改扩建难点外,环境保护及景观打造要求特别高。因此,有必要在高速公路改扩建技术研究成果的基础上,对此类景区道路改扩建技术展开研究。本文依托国道321阳朔至桂林段扩建工程(No.1标段),对该景区“二改一”(二级公路升等为一级)项目路线设计技术、原有路况评价及利用技术、景观设计技术展开研究。结果表明,该景区道路“二改一”路线设计取得了较好的实施效果,类似工程设计可遵循“注重沿线环境保护,环保选线”、“减小对重点景区的干扰,文明选线”、“选择合理的扩宽方式,精心布线”等六大设计要点;该“二改一”项目制定的路况评价方法是可靠的,即二级及以下公路改扩建工程原路面使用状况评价,在设备资金等条件受限的情况下,可采用半经验半理论的评价方法,在测定路面承载力或结构强度的基础上,紧密结合项目的路面病害特征,选取主要指标对路面使用状况做出评定,评价结果可作为路面改造设计依据;对于提级升等道路路面利用方案设计,如需调整原路平纵,应首先根据路况确定路面理论最小抬高值,再根据平纵调整情况,分段设计每个段落的路面利用方案;创新性地将部分原路行道树保存于扩建后中分带或侧分带的设计方案是可行的,且取得了较好的景观与环保效果,而该项目中分带景观设计方案与观景平台设计方案,均取得了较好的实施效果。对依托项目的设计关键技术展开了研究,总结出该景区“二改一”工程的路线设计要点,总结出基于必要性关键指标的改扩建公路路面使用状况评价方法,提出基于理论最小抬高值的纵断面设计方法,提出以“保护和利用”为核心的景区公路改扩建景观设计原则及方法,研究成果可供类似工程参考,具有较大现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the total mileage of the highway, the traffic congestion in our country has been effectively alleviated, but many of the completed highways are faced with the problems of insufficient transportation capacity and frequent diseases, and these problems can be solved well through the reconstruction and expansion of the highway. The highway reconstruction and extension technology in our country has been relatively mature, and the related research results are also more, but the research on the secondary highway reconstruction and extension project is less, and the early scenic spot roads in our country are mostly second-class or below roads. The design of this kind of road reconstruction and extension project, in addition to the difficulties in the conventional highway reconstruction and extension, the requirements of environmental protection and landscape creation are particularly high. Therefore, it is necessary to study the road reconstruction and extension technology of this kind of scenic spot based on the research results of highway reconstruction and extension technology. Based on the national highway 321 Yangshuo to Guilin extension project no. 1, this paper studies the route design technology, original road condition evaluation and utilization technology and landscape design technology of the project of "two to one" in this scenic spot. The results show that the route design of "two to one" in the scenic area has achieved better implementation results, similar engineering design can follow "pay attention to environmental protection along the line, environmental protection line selection", "reduce interference to key scenic spots, civilized route selection", There are six design essentials, such as "selecting reasonable widening way and carefully wiring", and the evaluation method of road condition developed by the project is reliable, that is, the evaluation of the original pavement use condition of the second grade highway reconstruction and extension project, Under the condition of limited equipment funds and other conditions, the semi-empirical and semi-theoretical evaluation method can be used to measure the pavement bearing capacity or structural strength, and to combine closely with the pavement disease characteristics of the project. The evaluation results can be used as the basis for pavement reconstruction and design. For the design of road pavement utilization scheme, such as upgrading and upgrading, if the original road needs to be adjusted, Firstly, the minimum elevation value of pavement theory should be determined according to the road condition, and then the pavement utilization scheme of each section should be designed according to the condition of horizontal and longitudinal adjustment. It is feasible to creatively preserve part of the original road trees in the middle or side zone after expansion, and good landscape and environmental protection results have been achieved. Good results have been achieved. This paper studies the key design techniques of the project, summarizes the main points of the route design of the project, and summarizes the evaluation method of the road surface condition of the reconstruction and extension based on the key indicators of necessity. This paper puts forward the design method of longitudinal section based on the minimum elevation value of theory, and puts forward the principles and methods of landscape design of highway reconstruction and extension of scenic area with "protection and utilization" as the core. The research results can be used as reference for similar projects and have great practical significance.
