昆明市老年公寓景观设计研究

【摘要】：自1999年以来,我国老龄化人口所占比重越来越大,并呈现快速增长的趋势,老龄化社会已经悄悄来临。目前,随着21世纪的到来,老龄化问题更为突出,它既是社会进步的必然结果,又是对社会的巨大挑战之一。随着养老观念的改变,进入老年公寓养老已逐渐成为越来越多的老年人养老的首选。因此对老年公寓景观设计的研究具有十分重要的意义。由于人们生活水平的提高,当今的老年人对居住环境的要求已不仅仅是绿化美化那么简单,也不再只是需要一个舒适的室内环境,并对室外景观环境的设计提出了更高的要求。然而国家及社会还没有完全认识到老龄化趋势的严重性,对老年公寓的景观设计研究没有给予足够重视,致使老年人在老年公寓中的生活还不够理想。本文以日趋严重的老龄化问题为背景,结合相关的理论研究,并对老年人的基本特征及对环境的需求和环境行为活动进行了分析总结。参考了国内外相关文献资料,并对一些成功案例进行了分析研究,指出可借鉴之处为昆明市老年公寓景观设计提供了一些参考。然后对昆明市独特的地域特征进行解读,分析了昆明市人口老龄化及养老机构的现状,并对昆明市的三所具有代表性的老年公寓进行了实地调研分析,指出了当前昆明市老年公寓景观设计存在的一些问题。最后提出了昆明市老年公寓景观设计原则、空间营造及要素设计的一些建议、方法；对昆明市老年公寓景观设计发展提出建议,主要分三点：昆明市老年公寓景观设计发展更加注重“生理性关爱”,“心理性关爱”和“时空性关爱”,并作了详细阐述,对昆明市老年公寓景观设计的发展研究具有切实意义和指导意义。希望本文的研究探讨可以对今后昆明市老年公寓景观设计的日益完善有所帮助,贡献自己一点力所能及的力量。
[Abstract]:Since 1999, the proportion of aging population in China has become larger and larger, and the aging society has been coming quietly. At present, with the arrival of the 21st century, the aging problem is more prominent, it is not only the inevitable result of social progress, but also one of the great challenges to the society. With the change of the concept of the aged, entering the apartment for the aged has gradually become the first choice for more and more old people. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the landscape design of the old apartment. Because of the improvement of people's living standard, the requirements of living environment for the elderly nowadays are not only simple as greening and beautifying, but also no longer need a comfortable indoor environment, and higher requirements for the design of outdoor landscape environment are put forward. However, the state and society have not fully recognized the seriousness of the trend of aging, the landscape design of the apartment for the elderly has not been given enough attention, resulting in the elderly apartment life is not ideal. Based on the increasingly serious problem of aging, this paper analyzes and summarizes the basic characteristics of the elderly, the needs of the environment and the activities of environmental behavior in combination with the relevant theoretical research. This paper refers to the relevant literature at home and abroad, and analyzes some successful cases, and points out that some references are provided for the landscape design of the old apartment in Kunming. Then the unique regional characteristics of Kunming are interpreted, and the current situation of the aging population and pension institutions in Kunming is analyzed, and the field investigation and analysis of three representative apartments for the aged in Kunming are carried out. This paper points out some problems existing in the landscape design of the old apartment in Kunming. Finally, some suggestions and methods of landscape design of senile apartment in Kunming are put forward, including the principles of landscape design, space construction and elements design, and the development of landscape design of apartment for the aged in Kunming. There are three main points: the landscape design development of the old apartment in Kunming pays more attention to "physiological care", "psychological care" and "space-time care", and gives a detailed description. It is of practical significance and guiding significance to study the landscape design of the old apartment in Kunming. It is hoped that the research and discussion in this paper will be helpful to the improvement of the landscape design of the old apartment in Kunming in the future, and contribute to the strength of one's own ability.
