Wh-量化的优选分析

本文拟在优选论的理论框架下研究Wh-量化的形式和意义问题。文章主要研究以下三个问题：(1)优选句法与原则参数理论的关系是什么,特别是优选句法的评估操作与原则参数理论的演算操作有何关系；(2)管辖Wh量化形式与解读的制约条件是什么；(3)从跨语言的角度分析,这些制约条件是如何排序从而产生相应的最优项。课题的研究目的在于提出某些普遍性的制约条件(Universal Constraints),解释自然语言中纷繁复杂的Wh量化现象。 作者认为,至少有三条制约条件参与了Wh量化形式的确定：疑问标记条件(Q-Marking),疑问域条件(Q-Scope),原位滞留条件(Stay)。前两项为标记性制约条件(Markedness Constraint),后者为忠实性制约条件(Faithfulness Constraint)。 Wh移位语言(例如英语)的制约条件有以下排列：疑问标记条件》原位滞留条件》疑问域条件。若疑问域条件高于原位滞留条件(疑问标记条件》疑问域条件》原位滞留条件),则多项Wh-前置现象(如保加利亚语)可以得到合理解释。若制约条件的排序为疑问域条件》原位滞留条件》疑问标记条件,则另外一些...
