语法隐喻及其在科学语篇中的功能研究

　　隐喻研究并非是近期才兴起的。有关它的研究可以追溯到亚里士多德与柏拉图时期。许多学者追随柏拉图视隐喻为一种文字游戏,一种修辞手法。这种研究将隐喻限制在词汇层次。他们的研究对象被称之为词汇隐喻。一些学者也注意到了语法隐喻。随着《功能语法导论》一书的出版,系统的语法隐喻研究体系也建立。众多学者已做出了大量的语法隐喻研究,如胡壮麟,汤普森,韩礼德和董宏乐。这篇论文将语法隐喻做为研究领域,主要分析其在科学语篇中的功能。 因为早期柏拉图的研究,许多学者将隐喻视为一种文字游戏,并认为这类语言现象不能出现在科学语篇中。科学语篇是一种科学研究过程,隐喻被归于应避免使用的一类。随着语言学和系统功能语法的发展,这种观点也备受争议。莱考夫和约翰逊证明我们的思维都是隐喻的。也有很多学者发现隐喻是可以出现在科学语篇中的。韩礼德也写了很多文章证明隐喻在科学语篇中比比皆是。 这篇论文将给出一个隐喻发展史的简要说明,然后将语法隐喻作为研究焦点。研究的理论基础是系统功能语法及韩礼德的语法隐喻理论。韩礼德将语法隐喻分为13类。本文遵循这一划分方式并给出以此划分的理由。本文也将韩礼德的语法理论与实际研究相结合,具体分析科学语...
