浅析红茶对英国通俗文学的影响

【摘要】：对于英国人来说,下午茶是雷打不动的习惯,自从茶叶传入英国以来,就获得英国人民青睐,起初英国茶叶只有皇室以及上层社会的达官贵族才有机会拥有和品茶,正是由于英国皇室以及上层社会对茶叶的推崇,使得茶文化逐渐开始在英国形成,并极具英国特色,最著名的就是英国的"维多利亚下午茶",当然,随着英国茶叶贸易的繁荣,茶叶最终还是普及到普通百姓中,并形成了今天世界闻名的英国茶文化。最初英国进口的茶叶以绿茶为主,由于英国水质以及英国自然环境的影响,英国人发现红茶口感更佳,更加符合自身的体质以及英国潮湿的气候环境。英国人起床后的第一件事就是喝早茶,一天的工作不管多忙,也会抽出时间喝下午茶,说到英国红茶文化,就不得不提英国的通俗文学,英国人这种浸透在骨子里的茶文化思想,对英国通俗文学作家的创作方式产生了巨大影响,同时也为英国通俗文学创作提供了丰富的素材。本文针对红茶对英国通俗文学的影响进行几点研究。
[Abstract]:For the English, afternoon tea is a motionless habit. It has been popular with the British people since it was introduced to England. At first, only the royal family and the upper-class aristocrats had the opportunity to have and taste tea. It is precisely because of the esteem of tea by the British royal family and the upper class that tea culture has gradually begun to form in the United Kingdom and has a British characteristic, the most famous being the British "Victoria afternoon Tea". Of course, with the prosperity of the British tea trade, Tea eventually spread to ordinary people and formed the English tea culture, which is famous all over the world today. At first, green tea was the main source of tea imported in Britain. Because of its water quality and natural environment, the British found that black tea tastes better and is more suited to its own physique and to the wet climate of the UK. The first thing the British do when they get up is to drink morning tea. No matter how busy they are at work a day, they also take the time to drink tea in the afternoon. When it comes to the British black tea culture, they have to mention British popular literature. The thought of tea culture, which is permeated by English people, has a great influence on the writing style of British popular literature writers, and it also provides abundant materials for British popular literature creation. This paper studies the influence of black tea on English popular literature.
